I will never use this service again, I needed to send documents to the Dominican Republic, they lost my documents, when I came to their office they said that it was not their problem, the workers are unprofessional and very incompetent, do not use this service, do not waste your money.

So helpful here! Needed a tracking number when corporate couldn’t help me. Just call the number and press 8 if you need to speak to someone in store.

John - the printing expert here - is simply AMAZING. He redefined customer service for me. I needed to print something extremely last minute (literally within 3 hours) for a funeral and I had to have something shipped to store for pickup. He made every accommodation for me, and kept me in the loop the entire time while I was frantically trying to get large photo posters printed to set up at the church. Thank you John for your support, understanding, flexibility, and for being an all around good human!!

Everytime I come in here, I feel like the employees go above and beyond to help and accommodate me. Often without me even asking for that extra bit of help. A small gesture here and there, but it means so much in the grand scheme of things, especially when life is busy and oftentimes stressful.

The guy John who works there was a big help with shipping my golf clubs. Really nice people. Provided me slips for the return shipping which he didn’t need to do.

In the middle of the day, not much foot traffic although parking is still at a premium outside. Inside, they have a new terminal for drop offs and you can print your own receipt. That is useful, I am curious if the machine is faster during busy times.

I love this FedEx. The staff is always so friendly and printing with the self serve machine is really easy. I genuinely look forward to going to this FedEx because everyone is always so nice and engaging.
