Honestly, I didn't want to play into bad reviews, but you shouldn't order from this company. I ordered a pressure pot for resin casting. I actually put the wrong email address when I purchased it originally, so I asked via phone if I could have the tracking and confirmation sent to the correct email, which they did send me. I paid extra for two day shipping and didn't receive it until a week and a half later, but I'm willing to let that go since shipping has been a nightmare lately. However, when I received my pot, it didn't work because the WELDING was not sealed properly. Not the bolts. The welding. The pot will not hold pressure which is the whole purpose of this purchase. I would honestly let that go, too (Even though this is a PRESSURE POT, so I would hope they would test if it worked properly since these things can be extremely dangerous if not assembled correctly). Accidents happen. No big deal. I've emailed multiple times trying to see if they can send me another lid or at least point me in the right direction. No response. I'm pretty sure their "contact us" link on their website isn't even connected. Buyer beware. Extremely disappointing. Terrible business practice.

Terrible service and unreliable. They suggested a product to use and it didnt work, when returned they charged us over $300 for restocking fee when it was their fault. Stay away !

You offered me a refund but I would have had to pay to ship it back, including tariffs! Why would I ship the product back after I already spent a large sum of money on shipping, exchange and a damn tariff fee?? You should not be selling to Canadians if you are not aware of shipping policies. Shipping policies are clearly posted on most websites, your's were not. I have never ordered from an American website before and I told you that I was unaware of how shipping from the US and tariffs work. You again placed the blame on me and told me that I should know. I'm not saying that you should post what the tariff fees are (that's a difficult thing to do) but you should have posted that there is a possibility of there being tariff fees and that would have sufficed! You didn't do that and you only offered a refund on the product, not the shipping and tariff charges. You likely haven't had this problem in 20 years because 20 years ago you were not selling things online!!! Selling things online (especially to a different country) and selling things in a brick and mortar store are 2 totally different things. Your attitude about it all sucks! I've worked in retail and you don't blame your lack of knowledge (which you really should have knowledge of shipping to Canada if that's what you want to do) regarding shipping on me (a paying customer) it's not fair. I trusted that your site information was correct (because as I stated to you, I read and reread your policy on shipping costs) and was NOT expecting a tariff fee because you did not warn that there could be one. I myself learned a lot about tariffs after all of this, so I'm choosing to take this as a learning experience, as should you, instead of continuing to blame me! Just acknowledge your faults in all this. Hopefully you've changed your policies or where you ship to after all of this!

Terrible customer service. I tried to explain my needs several times, a product was suggested so I ordered it. Once I got the product it did not meet my needs. I reached out to explain my problem and they refused to help me in fact recommended me to a different company and hung up the phone. I did call back again and they agreed if I sent it back they would give me a refund.

I wanted to cast my baby's hand but I was not getting a user-friendly material with which I can complete the task safely and with precision. Then one of my neighbors who is an artist by profession suggested me to buy alginates from EnvironMolds, LLC. I bought the material from them and used it for casting purposes. I was really astounded to see the result. Thank you, EnvironMolds, LLC for helping me in casting my baby's hand.
