We had the most extraordinary experience with Duxiana this morning that I feel compelled to share it with everyone. My elderly parents have had their Duxiana bed for 20 years and they have been very happy with it. Recently my dad has been having trouble getting out of bed, and he suspected that there was a problem with the mattress. Angela, who is well-named (since I think she maybe is an angel), drove down from northern New Jersey to their house, which is I think at least a 45 minute drive. She stripped the bed, fixed the springs, adjusted the padding, and helped to make up the bed. Problem solved. With a smile and grace. Duxiana and my parents (and me, and everyone else) are so lucky for people like Angela. Thank you.
