I’ve just purchased a VW Arteon from Douglas VW. This is my third car buying here for the last 11 years. Absolutely love this place. I’ve never serviced any of my vehicles anywhere else.
Vlad is awesome. He has really done an amazing job each time I’d been shopping at Douglas VW. I remember when I first met him 11 years ago, he made sure I got the car I wanted, and the best possible conditions on the deal. Ever since, he became the person I’d go to when I’d be looking for a new one.
The model I was looking for this time was discontinued by VW and not many of them were left. They didn’t have it available, but he was able to find it for me very quickly. The whole customer service he provides is top flight service.

Came here to look at a new car they said online of course when I get there the car was “sold” meanwhile I called the day before to confirm that it was still on the lot and on the phone they told me it was okay fine I was still looking for a car they showed me a used car 2018 with 30k miles ran my credit and told me my monthly payments would be $600 that’s nuts the sales person was extremely helpful and nice don’t get me wrong but the lady that plugs in the numbers is something else I told them for $600 a month I can go get a brand new car of the year with 0 miles this would be my second car I pay less then $600 for 2023 car that’s was $50k be careful when you come here expect the best and worst won’t be coming back would not recommend this dealership

I purchased my Atlas from Douglas and return annually for service. These guys are the best! Always thoughtful and easy to work with. I like to hang when my car is getting serviced... free wifi to get some work done and they have a great coffee and snack spread!

Eric you are GREAT at what you do ! I would have NEVER thought of switching from Honda to VW but you definitely proved me wrong lol. I LOVE my electric blue Taos ?! Unique color, perfect sized car, and a huge update in specs and tech, and the process was quick and easy ! Thank you, thank you, thank you! I will recommend anyone I know to Eric !!
