What a great find! I love different styles you don't see on everyone walking down the street. Dor L' Dor has a great variety I'm more used to seeing in Manhattan - and at really reasonable prices. I used to work in the garment district so I like quality and hate sticker shock. I will be a regular from now on. Just bought an adorable sweater that would cost four times more out in the Far Hills area (where my fave/expensive boutique is). Oh - and the woman working there was lovely and fun to chat with! Yay! Glad it's in my own backyard!

I've visited this boutique several times and always find something perfect to wear..love it..and staff are super friendly and helpful!

All I have to say is every since name that shall not be mentioned (mentioned in every other review) left and Brittany came it's just been pleasant and inviting place to shop if you know what I mean. One less star because the clothing on the other hand not of great quality but cute nonetheless.

Dor L' Dor has changed. For years I was a loyal customer and found some of my most favorite pieces here. I knew that a shopping trip would yield great results, and I always walked away with a full bag. It was especially a great place to buy work clothes! The quality and selection has really just changed. Everything feels cheap, thin and see through. It's got more of a 'club vibe' than a work vibe. Flying Monkey Jeans are no longer in the $40-50 range, now they are $70 for a pair! Staff was also super unfriendly. The store employee had airpods in. Did not offer to help set me up with a room when I was lugging around a pile of clothes to try on (with no one else in the store). Maybe what's in style has just changed and I'm not stylish anymore?! In any case, I don't think there is another shopping trip here in my future.

Please do not work here! I would give this establishment a 0/5 if I could. I absolutely loved my coworkers but Christine Valente was dehumanizing to say the LEAST. She is blatantly rude to customers as well as employees and is an anomaly to the work environment. She has made her employees cry over a mistake and she even went so far as to scream at me outside of the store over a miscommunication! Not to mention she has 0 respect for the sales associates (yes she will make you go and get her food and coffee! And make you do all of the things she does not want to do herself). Please do not waste your money here!

Dear Christine, I am very disappointed with the way your employees acted today with your customers, don't take this personally but if you want the store to get more customers and better reviews then get a better staff. The staff were making awful assumption and some can say they were racially motivated. All me and my friends did was go in hoping to buy something we came out very disappointed and truth be told the clothes weren't worth the price. If you are having a good day and are planning to go in there i recommend you turn around and go somewhere else. That's just my personal opinion but i'm not speaking just for myself but for others as well.

The manager and staff were super disrespectful at this location. I have bought clothes from this store in the past and believe it was super over priced when the quality and durability of the clothes did not meet my expectations. I am done shopping here because not only are the clothes overpriced but the staff had been making rude comments and assumptions that I didn't have the money to buy anything there. They were saying it loud enough to the point were they wanted me to here and I have no respect or patience for that. I rather spend my money on elsewhere. I wish I could give them zero stars because 1 is being really generous. I would also like to call out the manger Christine. Thank you for showing the true worth of your store. I will not be returning and make sure my friends won't either.

Went in there today with a friend. It was 530 and I tried something on. At 548 I was looking at jewelry and was about to check out. The older women with the black hair who i presume to be the mother of one the employees and possibly the manager or owner rudely said that they were closed and that we needed to hurry up. It was not in a joking manner, but rather a harsh and just plain mean way. I kindly told her that it was only 5:48, and that their store closes at 6, to which she said that she wanted to go home and that we had to get out of the store. Very unprofessional; if you don’t want to be there then running a clothing store isn’t the job for you. I never write reviews, but after many times of rude and unprofessional encounters with the employees, this time was the breaking point. The employees are so unwelcoming and talk rudely of their other employees as well as customers. I have heard them gossiping, and it creates a very uncomfortable space for customers. I have tried to look past it and have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt that they were just having a bad day, but it seems to be a common occurrence with their attitude and overall vibes. I will admit the clothes are very cute, however I will no longer be supporting such a business. I hope they really reflect on the way they act to and around their customers in the future, for i would not like anyone else to have experiences like I’ve had.

Awful service. The women was a complete b**ch and was so rude to me. I simply asked if this was returnable because I had to show my mom, and she was so unbelievably rude. Do not go there. And she was the manager. Awful person and awful place. The people working under her had more mannerisms than the manager herself. Terrible example.
