Off-peak shopping here is key. The main front counter staff are always pleasant and talkative with my toddler and I. And, we had a great experience recently with the pharmacy. After not getting much help over the phone from a couple of pharmacy staff members, we finally just went there. One of the pharmacists, Jennifer, took time to listen to us, discuss a specific prescription with us and the cost, and helped with acquiring it. We appreciated her kindness and willingness to help, especially since she was extremely busy at that time.

I came in for a Covid and shingles vaccine last week. The person administering the vaccines was coughing up a storm. Sure enough, I have Covid. Can't think of a less professional outfit.

I go to this CVS frequently because we live nearby. The criticisms are valid—sometimes you will wait quite a bit in the pharmacy line, sometimes they're out of basic groceries—but I'm not sure it's as bad as other reviewers say. The pharmacy line isn't bad if you go during off-hours, and there's usually no line at the self-checkout—so it's a perfectly fine place to duck in for one or two items and get out quickly.

I use to like CVS until this neighborhood pharmacy! The pharmacist team there appears to be very rude and short and could care less to take the time with customers to explain. Kindly retrain staff on improving customer service experiences...

This CVS never ceases to amaze me with its inefficiencies and lack of credibility as a pharmacy. The store always looks a shambles and the pharmacy line down the aisles. Specifically today they called me to say that an antibiotic my son needed was not in stock and that I MYSELF should call other CVS pharmacies to see if it’s stock. Are you kidding me? Do I look like a pharmacist? Then she proceeded to hang up on me, so that’ll be my final and last encounter with the CVS pharmacy in Summit.

If I could leave this good for nothing, sorry excuse of a cvs and pharmacy zero stars I would. How this store is and operates as part of a National chain is mind blowing. The pharmacy is THE worst when it comes to customer service and operating in a timely and efficient manner. Currently waiting going on 120 minutes for a prescription that was called in by my ohysician twenty minutes prior to my arrival. The only thing consistent and reliable here is the terrible service you can expect at the pharmacy. I’ve also overheard at least three HIPAA violations in the time I’ve been waiting for my prescription.
