Just wanted to share how thrilled we are with our experience with Cove Carpet. It’s been a pleasure from start to finish. The sales rep, Doug, was outstanding. He was super helpful, patient and truly cared. We received our delivery quicker then expected and the install went so very smoothly today. We are thrilled with our purchase and our bedrooms and stairs look so beautiful. Thank you Doug and the Cove team. We will be recommending you to everyone and no doubt we will be back soon. Thanks Suzanne & Bill

High-pressure sales and customer service severely lacking would not recommend.

I recently purchased a new home and called Cove for an estimate to replace a staircase runner and new flooring for my basement. I kid you not, within a couple of hours there was a Cove representative at my door to measure the spaces for my project. They made it SOO easy. I’m sure I could have done it cheaper with a big box retailer, but the personalized service more than made up for the difference. The staircase in particular completely reprogrammed the entrance to my home. These people are pros!

Had a very helpful dales person pointing out cat safe products and appropriate colors. Store has a large selection of carpet. Measurement if the rooms was done the next day. Prices were fair. The installers were careful, neat and did a wonderful job.

I was looking for carpet in two rooms. Lori helped me with good selections and price points. She also worked to get carpet and installers in promptly. Their installers did a good job in a large room with some difficult angles.

No one matches Cove's quality - from product to installation - this is hands down the best company I've used for carpeting. We recently had two wool area rugs serge-bound and rolled out. The serging was gorgeous. The regular-bound carpets we ordered (three others) were also great & Lori (who helped me pick everything) was really focused on making sure we picked the right direction to have them cut so they would look good from every angle in the room (some carpet patterns look different depending on where you stand -- I didn't know that, but Lori did + gave great advice). The installers were meticulous about getting the carpets exactly where we wanted them. They weren't offended or irritated when I asked them to move it an inch forward/back (unlike the guys who delivered my couch.Last year, we had wall-to-wall installation of our basement carpet. It's a massive space & while I know it must be seamed in several places, YOU CANNOT SEE THE SEAMS. It is a masterful job! At our other house, I unfortunately went with the contractor's guy for carpeting -- the other company's install (and carpet) simply can't compare -- there were loose threads at the seams visible immediately after install which they claimed couldn't be fixed. I know if we'd have used Cove, that would NOT have happened. Finally, this is a family-run business: my parents bought wall-to-wall carpeting from them when I grew up & it's honestly a pleasure doing business with people who are actually willing to invest in a relationship with a customer. I will only buy carpets from Cove. They are awesome.

Cove carpet has done a custom stair runner and area rug. Very nice work, huge selection to choose from and knowledgeable sales person to help with all details. Installers arrived on time and did great work. Highly recommend.

I cannot thank Lori and the entire Cove Carpet team enough for going above and beyond. This was my first time purchasing a custom installation so I had a lot of questions and concerns which were all patiently addressed. Their selection of products is excellent and I was expertly guided through the seemingly daunting process of picking the perfect carpet. When I say that Lori went above and beyond, she really did by pulling all the strings possible to get the carpet delivered and installed on time when promised. This is an extremely tall order especially due to all the delays and setbacks due to COVID.For future projects, I will absolutely be a returning customer and highly recommend Cove Carpet to my friends and family. So, 5 stars for the process, 5 stars for the experience, 5 stars for the end result. Thank you so much, Cove Carpet!

I just read the below review and can't imagine anyone not giving Cove Carpet 5 stars. As an interior designer, I have been working with them for over a decade and have always received the BEST customer service. They are attentive, knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile for their customers. They have a wide array of options and always have the latest styles! The experience at Cove Carpet is unparalleled... from their showroom, to the staff, to the final installation. The whole job is always A+!!!!

Didn’t get very good customer service with Cove Carpet when we were shopping around in September. I would recommend any other carpet/flooring business nearby. Two stars since they have a wide selection so you can see different samples. But don’t expect them to go over it all with you.Ron was a little standoffish with my wife and I, and tried to avoid telling us any prices until after an hour of asking. Showed us six seemingly random flooring samples (out of the dozens on the walls) after 45 minutes and asked us if we’re ready to buy. After a bit over an hour, just said “I have to see another customer now”. No goodbye, thanks or anything, just walked away. After another more protracted visit and call, they ultimately didn’t even give us a quote in writing.I recommend staying away and saving your time.

Samantha our sales person was excellent. I was able to select the carper in the show room and the finished area rug was delivered in about 3 weeks! They have a greta selection and their prices are competitive or better than other shops we visited. I will definitely be back to purchase carpet for more rooms in our home!

My in store experience was great. I chose Cove because of their selection, reviews and images of runners they have installed on Instagram. The day my runner was installed was awful, nails visible, nails that would stab your feet as you walked, old carpet pieces still in the wood with the staples and terrible seams. I called and right away the assured me they would fix it. The next day the sent the same guy (when I requested someone else they said he is the only one who does it from the manufacturer). I had to leave work to supervise. He did a much better job then the day before, but used up all my remnant and there were still issues. Cove agreed to order a little more carpet to fix the first 3 stairs. After 6 weeks I called and yes my carpet was in (not sure how long it had been there) they sent a team out that week. The new team did a perfect job and the first 3 steps look amazing, the rest are ok but the seams are so much better on the new steps. They righted the wrong but not without aggravation, stress and me taking time off. I was also very disappointed they never followed up to see how the new job went. Not sure I would return.

tl;dr Go to Cove if you want to be talked down to, dismissed, and belittled. Go elsewhere if you want great service, a business that cares about their customers, and an organization that tries to meet their customers' goals. I had spoken with Ron on the phone and indicated our priorities to him by phone: to be able to move quickly in the selection process, cover 2,000 sq ft, and do it within a reasonable budget. I even followed up with photos via email, so we could move faster in the process. When we came into the store though (at the agreed upon time, although Ron repeatedly told me I didn't need an appt), Ron was not immediately available and then, when we did start speaking with him: - he talked about cost as something you had to make "palatable" (as if the concept of a budget is unreasonable or distasteful) - we had to actually ask him to show us around the store because he was very focused on showing us only the most expensive vinyl -- which then turned out to not be applicable b/c it didn't come in stair treads. When discussing the fact that the vinyl would be for a basement, he should have asked about the entry to the basement and guided us appropriately to feasible options. - someone else arrived to talk to Ron while we were there and he simply dismissed us, telling us that it would take multiple visits to make a decision, despite us being very clear about our time sensitivity. - he refused to explain how the pricing would work while we were there, and what components would make up the total - he never said "bye", "thanks", or even "have a nice weekend" to us when we left after 1 hr in the store We were very frustrated when we left, given Ron's dismissal and his inability to understand and help us achieve our goals, and I called later in the day and spoke with Donna. Donna said she was leaving for the night and would call me back Monday or Tuesday and would also set us us with an additional sales rep, Doug. Well... Donna never called me back. And Doug was as incompetent as Ron, extremely unresponsive (again, despite our time pressure), and just grossly smarmy with my husband (when my husband returned some samples) -- read: used car salesman vibe, not genuine interest. After 1 week post-measurements, Doug let us know he had a quote for us (which he never provided in writing) and said it was for three bedrooms. When I asked about the fourth bedroom, he said he'd have to call me back and then when he did (several hours later)... the price suddenly went up a few thousand dollars. He misread their own measurements, quoted us incorrectly the first time, and didn't even include the full extent of the costs at that point (plus still no calculation for stairs). When I let Doug know that we had received a quote elsewhere for similar quality products for several thousand dollars less overall, he refused to believe it, and told me I should bring those samples in so he could explain to me how they were lesser quality. He also asked if my other quote (despite me saying it was from a local company) was from Home Depot -- as if Home Depot was obviously lesser than their options (irrespective of the option selected). When I told him it wasn't Home Depot and was, in fact, another small local business, he flat out refused to believe that was the case. I tried to give them one more chance though and asked that, if they wanted the business, to look for options similar in style to what we had picked at Cove and propose something that might be more cost competitive. I suggested that we'd come back in and could review what he found together. After numerous days, he didn't respond so I sent an email summarizing our discussion. Ultimately though, he decided we weren't worth his time (because who should actually work to understand their customers' goals and help meet them?) and wished us luck with our "project". No, Doug, Donna, and Ron -- good luck to you. You need the luck more. I've found a great local flooring company that actu
