Tried to add my wife to my account. We have been to this bank 3 times to complete.The most recent time we sat with Pamela who took 20mins to enter my passport details in the system. Could not find the country, start date or any other information. I could clearly see this information was available on the system and continued to point out. Even after all this Pamela did not have the training or understanding to validate us on the system. We left as we did not have any more time to waste.I have been to multiple different Chase branches and usually have a very good experience. I never have this same experience in the Summit branch. I would avoid if I were you.

I witnessed rather disturbing behavior by a bank teller named Linda on cash box #03 at the Summit Chase Bank branch today. She belittled and mocked, a senior Asian lady non-native English speaker who was trying to open a bank account. This was a fairly clear case of tacit racism. Avoid this Chase branch.

I was at the Chase Bank in Summit today I wanted to open an account I said down with a representative Keisha she was not customer service friendly at all she did not answer any of my questions she just threw a book in my face and send me on my way I was looking forward to transfer my money to Chase Bank but due to Keisha’s nasty attitude I change my mind.

The worst bank on earth. They create issues and don’t process my transactions every time I come here they make an issue of perform basic functions like cashing a check. I don’t understand why this bank even exists. Unfortunately certain clients have a chase account and every time I get a chase check it’s a nightmare for me to get my funds. I have never had this experience with any bank but chase and particularly this branch.

My father went yesterday and today to your summit nj branch and no one is helping him with his deposit , also no one answers the phone , we want to know if your open or not ?? I don’t want my father waiting an eternity for someone to come to the window to help

I'm a private client with the bank and came to notarize a statement. Was refused service due to “bank policyâ€. Was referred to a nearby UPS location.
