This is part of a ring of fraudulent wine distributors. Backbone wines is also Beechwood wine & Liquor in this ring and there are others. They record on their invoice, the actual wine you ordered, then lift the invoice out of the wine box to see the wine is NOT what you ordered. Thieves and frauds - beware!! See pic of 2019 wine on invoice that is in the box full of 2020 wine. Owner Amish Desai at 973-994-6541 central beechwood liquor number is 908-277-0202 They are Back Bone wine and Beechwood wine and Budget Bottle Wine and Nipa Wine and others. Son of Amish who is " Amish Sr is President of Budget Bottle Wine" is Amish Desai Jr at 551-804-7360. The store operates a scam website online under a different name, don't buy from them don't support them they need to be taken down because you can find an avalanche of complaints online about them scamming people, taking their money and either sending the wrong liquor or sending open bottles or just not sending it at all and trying to keep people's money. With all of the bank disputes and fraud allegations against them it's mind-blowing that they are still open.

Ordered on line and they didn't ship. I tried to call but they never answer the phone.They hid behind other website names so you won't see what terrible reviews they earned.STAY AWAY, THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF

I ordered a bottle of Crown Royal Noble Collection 16yr Rye, which is a discontinued product, and challenging to find. They sold it for MSRP and had it shipped across the country to my address in less than a week. It was packaged so well, that it would have taken a UPS drive to actually drive over the box to break the contents. Great experience, great service. I am not sure why there are so many bad reviews, this is the best experience I have had purchasing this type of product. Keep up the great work! (PS, what's happening with your website?? it appears to be DOA www.budgetbottle.com )

This liquor store is a scam!!!! I order two bottles of bourbon from thebourboncentral.com.Which is one in the same businesses. upon delivery I opened the box and found that the seals on the bottles were not secure and just spun freely… I called the company to make them aware and they wanted pictures of bottles and the box… I sent them in email like they requested and then was fed a line of BS about purchasing type of shipping insurance… they would not return my calls, they would not answer unless I called from different numbers…after a good search online I wasn’t the only person who had the same issues…. I would definitely not purchase from this store… they charge crazy prices which I don’t care about but at least selling me the product you are advertising…

SCAM, ripoff, shady business people. Terrible customer service. Never received my package and when I asked for a refund they refunded barely half of what I spent. They forced me to purchase a shipping warranty and that company said it wasn't their problem.

They will let you order and charge your card then cancel it for no reason and take a week to refund you. stay away

Bought plenty of high end bottles from this place ans over all was happy .This time ordered a bottle that was 1000.00 confirmed it was available with the guy over the phone . And then I found out that my order was canceled, and that I was given the wrong information. When I called to see what was going on nobody seem to know what was happening and all I was told “I was given the wrong information “ instead of trying to rectify any of this fine they just hung up on well I was still talking . Will go elsewhere from now on .I guess customer service doesn’t make a difference to them no matter how good of a customer you are.

Terrible customer service. After my purchase still was not shipped after a week, I telephoned and inquired. (My prior email inquiry went unanswered for two days). I was told that it shipped even though the website said it had not...I asked for a tracking number but the tracking number was not legitimate according to UPS. The manager was supposed to check my order and call me back but never did. I had to dispute the charge with the credit card. Avoid this website!

found a fairly hard to find bourbon and ordered it. Should have listened to all the other poor reviews. They never sent a confirmation but charged my credit card. Only after I called they said they sold the last one? No chance they had this bottle. Clearly a scam. STAY AWAY.
