When I was faced with a complete kitchen Renovation, I went to Kuiken Brothers in Warwick. After 30 years, my original cabinets fell off the wall! I was completely overwhelmed, but Trish was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Not only was she knowledgeable, but she took the time and listened to what was important to me. She designed a kitchen with maximum storage space and it turned out perfectly! She made suggestions that I walked in thinking I didn't want (over the range microwave, crown molding to the ceiling to name a few) and I'm so happy I listened to her! Her experience enabled her to be confident in her recommendations, and she created a kitchen that I absolutely love! I would highly recommend Trish and Kuiken Brothers in Warwick for your renovation needs! Thank you, Trish for making this experience awesome!

My mother trusted the sales person here and purchased her deck railings which had to be "special ordered" since they didn't carry them. My mother ended up paying $10,000 (this should have been the first flag) and when I compared that to Home Depot and Lowe's for the EXACT SAME product, Kuiken Brothers charged her THOUSANDS of dollars more. Home Depot and Lowes were much less expensive and had the same products in stock.Kuiken Brothers should have told her and been honest that she should have ordered the railings from Home Depot. She is out thousands of dollars and Kuiken Brothers won't accept returns. This company is scamming senior citizens out of money!!! Do your research and compare pricing before buying anything here.

This is the best place to go for all your home renovation materials! Be sure to ask for Mike Dempski! He is extremely thorough and always so quick to respond to all of our questions. He is the best! We have had such a great experience ordering material, having materials delivered and picking out items through this Kuiken Brothers store via Mike Dempski! My husband and I highly recommend.

I visited the store a few times to order a replacement for kitchen sliders. We discussed different handles that would make it easier to use the door regularly since it's the only door we can use for my disabled son. We ordered what we thought we needed, but somehow never ordered a handle. Now, the contractors installed the door but we don't have a handle. So, lesson learned, if you order a door from here, make sure you order a handle as well. Something I wish had been confirmed 3 months ago when we custom ordered the door.

Experienced blatant unethical sales practices from sales representative Joaquin Mendez in Fairlawn and Midland, NJ locations. I was sent to him by my contractor. Mr. Mendez cleverly convinced me to purchase windows twice the budgeted amount in the contract. I paid $24,288 with my credit card, but the invoice was under the contractor's name as his expense. At the time, I did not realize the deception. I naively returned to this salesperson a year later after firing the contractor for fraud. I now needed interior doors because the project had still not been finished. The new estimate still included the old contractor's information. This time, I caught it and requested the billing information be changed to my name. The final estimate, still contained the old contractor's name. I refused to purchase the interior doors from Kuiken. I reported the incident to the supervisors in both locations. They ignored my complaint, no apology was given or any attempt was made to hold their employee accountable for the obvious intentional deception.

I am a very experienced homeowner DIY person, not a pro. I frequently shop at the box stores for convenience and range of products. But when it comes to quality materials and service, I will go to Kuiken Bros. And despite what you may think, many of their products and materials are actually PRICED BETTER OR Very COMPETITIVELY with the box stores! EXCEPT - - - they will put heavy items in your vehicle and sales people are actually knowledgeable. . . I cannot speak for every location, but I have always been treated with patience and courtesy at the Succasunna store.

We worked with Kuiken Brothers for a full kitchen remodel 11 years ago and though it wasn't a terrific experience (incorrect measurements, etc.), the end result worked out. However, our cabinet doors were showing premature wear and tear, so we went back last month to check into replacing just the doors. We were met by salesperson Tammy Rivers, whom I had spoken to on the phone prior to our visit. Her attitude was immediately dismissive, negative and insulting. All we wanted was to replace the doors with exact duplicates. We brought in our plans from 2011, which clearly stated style, manufacturer and dimensions. Seemed pretty easy, but Tammy told us that we needed to come back with the actual doors for her to be able to help us. She also mentioned that the brand of door we had came with a 25-year warranty. We returned with our contractor and the doors, despite thinking this was unnecessary. Tammy looked at the doors, told us that they were dirty (they are cleaned regularly) and that there was little chance of getting any reimbursement for them. We had not even asked for that, but after mentioning the generous warranty period, we remarked that it seemed odd that our doors were turning yellow (from the original white) and paint was chipping after only 11 years. Tammy very begrudgingly said she would check with the company -- again, she was the one who had brought up the warranty -- but she said that she doubted that the company would honor it. Her attitude was so rude, unhelpful and unwelcoming that at one point my husband asked her if she really wanted our business. We were flabbergasted when we later received an insulting and curt email from Tammy telling us that the manufacturer had refused to honor the warranty. There was no offer of help in replacing the doors (which was all we wanted in the first place), no sorry, no thank you for your business in the past -- nada. Needless to say, we will not be using the services of this company again. How they can continue to stay in business with such terrible customer service is a mystery. (We have to agree with reviewer KM (12/25/21).)
