Nasty staff in sewing department. I’ve been here twice so far and as a novice sewer was looking for help. I was having difficulty picking fabric out for a project. The lady that was called to help me was very dismissive to me and doing her best to be as least helpful as she could . It was the same woman who I had the time before with the same attitude. I won’t be going there again and will gladly drive to Hobby Lobby or a speciality shop where their love of the craft shows.

Sadly I could only give this location this rating because it looked like a bomb ? was dropped in the store I've never seen such a mess It's a large store but it needs to be updated restocked and put in order Many shelves were empty of product I realize it was a Sunday but how could you leave your store looking such a mess smh I've been in other JoAnn stores that are beautiful

The store was great and had lots of options for fall/Halloween decor. The cashier “Fred” was extremely rude and not personable at all. You can tell he hates his job just by the way he talks and his facial expressions. If you didn’t want to make me a store account you shouldn’t have offered.

Was there on Saturday had to use a scooter. I had a very hard time getting in to isles because they had boxes of merchandise on the floor. Which is just dangerous for the customer and the employees. I was soo frustrated and so was my family we ended up just leaving and not purchasing anything. Joanns needs to make the store safe and accessible to handicap people. I hope this gets to corporate. That's how upset I am and I hardly give feedback or complaints.
