Love this store and the staff. Always so helpful and friendly. Always go above and beyond. I really wanted the new princess peach switch case but they were sold out. Employee saw Hacketstown had one and offered to pick it up from Hacketstown so I could get it the next day. Woohoo

I went to trade in a console today, and was told that they stop taking console trades at 7:30 PM. It was 7:31. Guy tries to explain it's 'just policy' and 'there is nothing I can do'
Abhorrant customer support. I'll make sure to go to a different Gamestop from now on.
Only took 6 minutes to write this review. Probably could have just done the trade as well.

Staff is always soo friendly here. My son had an issue with his disc and the guy hooked us up. Made sure the games were available before I drove down.

While I understand every store has its own policy regarding pets, the size of the store should be taken into consideration. This location is 3 or 4 times deeper than it is wide, with a lot of floor space used for merchandise stands. As such, the walkways are really only wide enough for one person, two if you're willing to squeeze past. This meant that when someone brought their large dog in, even on a leash, it was significantly more difficult to navigate the store.Regardless, the staff were wonderful and knowledgeable. The quickly and confidently helped me pick out the right product, and worked with me to replace a defective product I have purchased only a few weeks prior.
