“This is to update my other review. Jeff called and we were able to come to an agreement on the sofa. They sent new slip covers and compensated for the repairs to sofa. The sofa is beautiful.Goggle would not let me update on the other review.I am happy with the sofa.”

“Carmen was super helpful over the weekend while we indecisively asked for prices on multiple sets of furniture. We couldn't make a decision and returned on Monday. On Monday Bolu assisted us in a similar venture and we eventually purchased a set. We are super appreciative of the very helpful salespeople as well as the Manager, Jerry, who also went out of his way to make sure we got a good deal and were happy with our purchase. Great customer service!!”

She told me to come into the store the next day and she showed me my options. She was patient and went over the floor plan with me on the computer. She gave me a range of options and prices and my mom got her furniture quickly as promised! She was so helpful and understanding of my need for speedy delivery and affordability. I would highly recommend R&F, and especially with AnnaMarie! It was a positive experience and I will be coming back to her at the store for my future purchases.”

“Store was great ,jack was great ,manager was great .Customer care sucks ! I made a claim about my ottoman being saggy and not happy with it 2 weeks later . They sent tech that told me nothing is wrong and you can't sit on it ,so that's my problem. Yet it says great for extra seating!!!”
