Great customer service. My door actuator went on my Honda. After my previous mechanic of 8 years was caught twice deceiving me stating that i needed a new battery (just installed a new one myself 2 days prior) and rear brakes were down to the metal ( only 10k miles on them and 60% left on pads) in one visit, I drove to Extreme Auto to line up an appointment for actuator. The owner said i'll take a look at it now. Diagnosed the issue in 2 minutes and took car right in for repair. Picked up car and it works perfect. Extremely fair price. I'll be returning for all my auto needs from now on. Honesty goes a long way.

Absolutely terrible excuse for customer service, extremely rude and unprofessional. Called for a quote for a potential battery issue and the CS rep was an extremely nasty. Do not recommend even wasting your breath or time picking up the phone to call them!!! PepBoys ten minutes away is the much better option!

This is the best auto shop in the world. I’m not going anywhere else. The service is great and they were absolutely fantastic. After my car was fixed I felt a sense of being whole or back in stride again. There professional and kind. There true to there word . If you live in the tristate area only take your car here you will not be disappointed. My car came back shining and it said “hello I’m back in stride again”? A gentleman at the gas station recommended this shop to me . Always listen to what others say because it’s true. You deserve more than 5 stars but that’s the highest level you can go to. Thank you again and again.

The staff was really friendly here! I drove to 2 different shops on the pike to have my car checked out and my cars oil changed and they were able to do it without an appointment. I stopped at extreme auto and staff was friendly and they were able to help me right away no appointment was needed. Will definitely recommend this place to everyone. Great staff here will be conning here for all my car needs!Services: Auto A/C replacement
