I have been using this location for years. They have always been very helpful and considerate. Use the after hours ATM, never had a problem. All of the services have been professional and the same as my TD account, which is less than a half mile away. Have always found Karen very helpful and considerate. Look forward to continued banking with this brach.

Nice and convenient location. I hardly ever go to banks anymore due to online banking but had to deposit cash. Two big and decently separated ATM's in the (very clean) lobby. Mission accomplished.

My son who is in his last yr of high school has been cashing his checks here at this bank for 5 weeks and on 11/3/2023 Kathy informs him they can’t cash it because he doesn’t have a state ID. I asked Tt as possible if he’s been coming for over five weeks to cash his check and she says that maybe for five weeks the other banker didn’t how old he was. The other occasions that he came into the branch he was only asked if he had an account he was then able to cash his checks with his school ID and his Social Security card. I wish that there would be a level of communicationCarlos is in procedures that are followed daily so that there’s no miscommunication. They certainly missed a marketing opportunity to ask if you wanted to open an account, but they neglected to do so that’s also another point in an area of correction or coaching that should be mentioned. Incredibly poor customer service. From the Customer Service dept at this branch: First response to my problem was "Well, I"m going to lunch." Second "You have to call customer service from the number on your card." Zero compassion, just an incredible effort to get me to leave the building.

This is the worst location!! They have been prejudice twice. Mom a person who happens to be Spanish got denied service for not having here social security number. I had a coworker get flagged for fraud and then had his check confiscated because he is from Turkey and dresses different. Kathy Olexy is the employee that both times had an issue with ethic people.

Just left this Wells Fargo to cash my check. After my initial 20 seconds with this teller, I decided there was no way I was opening a savings account with them. This person was so unbelievably rude, tried to tell me I couldn't cash the Wells Fargo check because I didn't have an account there... she ended our transaction first showing me my money, then waving her hands in dismissle stating ," why am I explaining to you, you are going to count this later....” I AM NOW!! This bank is good at driving potential customers away.

Sent a family member to make a payment on my credit card at the stratford location, when I look at the transaction receipt the account number wasn't mine the teller assumed the money was being deposited in the person I sent account instead of looking at the account number written on the check. Went over there to have them correct their mistake and got plenty of attitude and was told I have to call an 800 number myself. Upon doing so I was told there is nothing they can do because the account my money was wrongfully deposited into was a home equity loan and that money went toward an interest payment. I am now out $200 dollars and have late fees on my credit card that was paid 4 days early. Needless to say I will be leaving Wells Fargo.

Kathy was outstanding! She helped me reopen my account. She was patient and kind. As a young adult I do appreciate those traits when coming into a bank.

You can both make withdrawals and deposits 24 hours a day with the ATMs in the lobby.I find that this is one of the best features to banking there physically.

I made an appointment on their online system that confirms an appointment up to an hour. When I arrived to open a new account as a new customer, I was told that because they couldn’t get me on the phone they scheduled someone else to arrive in 15 minutes and could not help me. Poor service. The woman was rude and condescending. I have a long standing relationship with TD bank and was making the change because my husband has an account there. Will NEVER due business with Wells Fargo after that experience. Why have an appointment set online if you will not honor it and to boot be rude!
