Dr. Gleason provided a thorough exam and treatment, as well as a plan for us to continue care for Ellie at home. Dr. Gleason followed up with a phone call to check on her patient and her progress. “We are a new client, with 3 rabbits. One of my rabbits was experiencing distressing symptoms, and 15 minutes after I called, I was on my way in for an ER visit. Altogether I was there for about 35 minutes, which included an X-ray and a diagnosis from Dr. Sevola. Julia explained the treatment, medications and next steps clearly. Compassionate, mindful of your time and we will definitely be coming here in the future.”

“Tanya and Dr Coates were very kind and reassuring about my kitty's care. She needed a tooth extraction, I was so anxious about bringing her in, they calmed me down and were very helpful about figuring out payment. (It's still going to cost a lot, but I love my baby so I'll figure it out). Also, Missy booked my appointment; I had been calling and texting other vet practices and hospitals, she showed a lot of empathy and followed up when a spot opened. All around great experience with very nice people, thank you! I was very anxious and they were calming.”
“Dr. Sheehan & his staff are amazing! I have brought numerous dogs to Dr. Sheehan; some my personal furry companions & some my shelter pups. He has never turned down a dog that has needed to be seen. Sean is fantastic handling all the tough pups that I have brought in. My most recent dog, Duke, does not make trips to the vet easy. Dr. Sheehan has worked out a plan that is the safest and best for Duke & his staff. They are fantastic!”

“When I was a kid, I grew up in farm country - the idea that we would take our dog to get physical therapy would have gotten me laughed out of the state. But it exists, and if your furry family member needs it, this is the place to go. Definitely a Total Wellness center - our dog's life is going to be so much improved after using WAG. I'm kind of oversimplifying it, but they are really knowledgeable about all aspects of what your pet needs, from the aforementioned physical therapy to proper medications or surgery, to both home treatments and in gym exercises. And they are very aware and glad to discuss the costs which is wonderful in Any medical situation. A top-notch staff and facility- highly recommend it!”
