This place seriously made my day! I bank via an online bank and I received a check Friday in the mail that I needed ASAP. Mobile deposit wasn’t an option and there are no physical branches of my bank nearby.Was a little worried about the reviews, but I decided to take a chance with them and go in. I called ahead to verify I could cash my check and the guy that helped me was super nice and polite.I really do recommend this place. Just make sure you have all things necessary to cash your check, and listen to what is needed and expected of you and you will be fine.I will definitely be cashing any and all other physical checks I ever receive here.

Always fast and easy to cash any checks I bring in but they don’t have change on hand so bring some with u!

Now I know why you have such a low rating. Literally signed my check in the store and still wouldn't cash my check because "she didn't see me", but made eye contact with me. What a JOKE! Never going back.

Never had a problem there customer service is excellent the lobby is dirty windows are dirty spotty don't know if the place is open or closed cuz the open sign is not bright enough to see if open but other than that if they just clean up their Lobby and wash their windows get a better open and close sign they will have five stars from me I gave y'all four stars thank you for your services

Good customer service never had to wait in line only problem I have is the lobby is so dirty if the lobby was cleaned up a little bit windows cleaned and open sign actually look like it's open the light is dim on the open side I would have gave him five stars but instead of instead they got four stars because of the customer service very polite and knowledgeable

Great service. Teller is very helpful and kind. I have been frequenting them for last few years and they are always open on time and have money to cash checks with proper verification of the check and identity of the person.

Had my check cashed at the Stratford store and I noticed I had not been given coins with my dollar bills. I went back and ask for my 41 cents. The cashier said we don’t have any change. I said so you were gonna just keep my 41 cents. She didn’t answer. I said you could have ask me for change and give me a dollar. She still said nothing. I gave her the change and she gave me a dollar. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!

I am a customer for yearsI always go there cause the girl there is soo nice! She always take the time to help me, always.But sometimes she struggling with nasty customers that treat her very bad, I feel sorry about her. They insult her, calling her names, poor girl.Also she speaks Spanish, and always receive people with a smile.I love this place!

The staff is really terrible...the personality of a potato chip!! And don't ask them to do anything extra...pitiful!!!!
