If you don’t have to choose this one don’t. Started my child as an infant. They moved him up to the toddler class fast so they can have more room in that class. That’s when things got bad. The teacher never spoke to me or my husband. Never knew the cause of the daily scratches on my son face. When I spoke the assistance director about it she responded “boys will be boys”; we were talking about my 12 month old son. The day I pulled him
Out the teacher didn’t say bye or anything. Rough place, avoid if you can.

WORST PLACE EVER! DO NOT I MEAN DO NOT! TAKE YOU CHILD TO THIS PLACE. THEY DONOT POTTY TRAIN YOUR CHILD. THEY STEAL YOUR CHILD CLOTHES AND PAMPERS. THE DIRECTOR IS RACIS OR A KAREN AS YOU WILL THE CHAIN NEEDS TO FIRE HER AND THE WHOLE STAFF EXCEPT FOR LIZ AND THE LADY THAT ASSIST LIZ .

Loved it here!!! Made so many memories with friends and I enjoyed the daily trips the camp had in the summer it was so much fun.

I sent my son to this daycare, he is almost 2 and has never been to daycare so this was hard enough for both of us as it is. I had to take him out after not even a full two weeks, it was awful. The staff as so rude and will not communicate to you about your own child. They do not keep you updated on anything. My son had got scratched on the face and when I had asked for them to send me a picture I was hung up on, the next day he got another scratch that broke the skin and was bit on the stomach was not informed AT ALL. I was told the other parent were aware of this kid who was consistently scratching other kids but I was never told. The owner told me "the teacher has been with us for years, I don't know what to tell you" when I tried to get a solution to the problems and then proceeded to ask me for another chance. The last day he came home with a black eye and a diaper that was not his. He never back back after this. When I went to pick up all his belongings they tried to only give me his blanket and sheet and not his clothes, box of diapers and multiple packs of wipes. Absolutely horrible daycare.

My twins have been at UTS Stratford since they were 20 months old. My niece and nephew went there YEARS ago! (They are now in college) The stories they told me mimic my experience! I love the teachers at UTS stratford! My children are loved, comfortable, learning and safe! We will miss them all so much as the twins prepare for Kindergarten in September. I needed to find a place that made me confident they CARED about my children. Both of them have epilepsy and these teachers have made sure they were safe during episodes, worked with me to understand their episodes and have treated us nothing but like their own

I went on a tour here and in that time a saw a number of kids being denied food from their lunch box, I saw teachers screaming in kids faces, I saw sockets dangling from walls within kids reach, a sign reminding one of the teachers to take her medicine, and lots of staff members on their phones. I will never send my child here and I definitely will not recommend it

My 9 month old son has been attending UTS since he was 4 months old and I have nothing but good things to say about them. He had a hard time adjusting to daycare at first and I would get a call from his teachers asking what things they could do to get him to calm down and take his bottle. Now, he goes there with a smile and super happy to see his teachers. I am so grateful I found this daycare.

My 11 mth old goes here. I love this place. I know my baby is being taken care of. The staff are sweet and attend to any concerns I may have. They make me and my child feel like family! I highly recommend!

All four of my children are currently enrolled and have grown so much! I'm the head teacher of the 2 year old room and even if I ever left, I would trust UTS with the care of my children. Miss Taylor helped my 2 year old so much at only 2 and one month, Miss Taylor had her fully potty train, she knows her abcs and can count to ten. She walks around singing all day and it's starting to tell me what day it is everyday. My four year old (as of Tuesday) has excelled so much in Miss Mary's room as well. She can write her name, identify all her letters and is learning to spell other words as well. She left Miss Shamara's room last year fully potty trained and knew so much. I'm so excited for my two year old to be with Shamara next month. My older two are currently in summer camp and Miss Maddy does such a phenomenal job handling the older kids. They go on trips everyday and swim everyday. She is always there to handle when my son gets emotional and is so understanding. I recommend UTS to everyone I know and love watching all of our kids grow!

My 5 month old daughter was left crying hysterically until she cried herself to sleep. The teacher Rachael apparently thought it was funny and told me. The next day after I spoke with the room teacher Maddy and director Jo and was assured it wouldn’t happen, but again I found my baby crying in her crib. The sheet was soaked from tears and drool. I spoke with the teacher Maddy again and she tried to talk over me and was completely rude the whole time.They have uneducated young girls working there who are clueless on how to properly take care of infants. They are thoughtless, neglectful, and have zero training.The older rooms such as the toddler room, was safe and attentive. The children played and interacted with the teachers all day from my experience.I wouldn’t leave my child with a provider until after they can tell you what’s going on at the center.

I recently enrolled my daughter into their infant room and I am beyond pleased! My daughter has never been in daycare and is one year old. She has been very happy and excited to go everyday. The teachers and caretakers are always pleasant. Her teacher gives me updates everyday I come to pick her up. They have a great app that gives you real time notifications right to your phone of what is happening during the day. I am talking meal times, diaper changes, activites, when she goes to sleep and wakes up, her mood, check in and outs of the room and when I need to bring something in and so much more. As a first time mom just returning to work this means the world to me. I see little things everyday that she learns from her time at the daycare. I couldn't have made a better choice. I tell everyone about them! I look forward to seeing my babygirl go to their toddler room and learning so many new things!!

This choice was the best we ever made!! Everything in the learning Centre is Gold! The structure, the attention for the kids, the service, and the contact that the teachers have with the parents. The App they have to keep you as a parent updated about how the day is going, is Awesome!! They are the best in every way!! We love the learning Center and all of there staff!!
