Went there on a Sunday December 8th to wash my clothes and dry my clothes but the dryers don’t completely dry your clothes also the times for the dry is only 4 minutes long for a quarter with low heat so clothes don’t fully dry so for that my experience was horrible

So I've experienced plenty of issues at laundromats in the past. Always at least 1 broken machine, even with only a few available, horrible service, et cetera. One day at Stratford I ended up with a detergent issue where the machine overflowed, and unfortunately, my items got super soaked. I realized it was likely due to detergent remaining in the second-hand item & overdoing in the machine. I called the service number listed and immediately received some guidance. Best of all, a guarantee someone would come out to check on it. Now ordinarily that wouldn't mean much, but since I've seen the owner & the workers on premises, I trust it & low-and-behold it was soon fixed (I believe within the day). So though it was a bit stressful, laundry tends to be & I'm thankful it was addressed quickly & efficiently for other customers too, not just myself. Other messes & situations that come with the territory are also cleaned up pretty quick. The service workers are very thoughtful too.(Side note: it's a generally welcoming place, doesn't just feel as consumerist as many other chain laundromats & franchises, I guess because it's local. Best way to put it: I feel like a regular person coming to do laundry there, not necessarily just a customer. The quality is definitely better & more reliable from my experience.)

I am amazed !! This is a smaller laundromat but SO NEAT AND CLEAN!!Bring cash does not take credit as most laundromats. There are no bathrooms so just letting you know. I actually felt my clothes where super clean after using this facility!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

I've been here twice..in Am.and PMI don't remember the guys name that was there..about a week ago on a Friday nite..Kudos for the respect..to customers and cleaning..I'm looking forward to returning just to ask his name..Blessings to the owner of this LaundryI definitely will be returning..

Normally when I go in it’s clean and comfortable to clean your clothes. Due to a time crunch is the only reason why I stayed and washed/dried my clothes there. It was a lot of used dryer sheet around the place. Trash and spilled liquid on the floor. I guess the usual cleaning person wasn’t on duty. Later a guy comes in and cleans and he is talking on the phone talking very loud which made it more uncomfortable. I would like to see the place clean and comfortable again please!

This place was very clean. The machines worked well. I had read reviews and expected to see an attendant working, but I didn't. I was the 1st customer there... a few others came but it was peaceful.

Attendant Dave is a Champion. Dave is friendly, generous, and a clean-o-holic. He never stopped cleaning the entire two hours that I was there.Friday Dec 9, 2022. My only issue is with the 'sidewalk' and parking lot. The surfaces were very uneven and non-smooth. This made getting the laundry carts to and from my car very difficult. Also automatic opening and closing entrance doors would be a great addition. Thank you.

First time coming here and I had a great experience! I was greeted immediately upon entering, and given complimentary dryer sheets. The man working was very nice and polite. The laundromat was very clean, quiet, and I was able to pay for my machines through an app on my phone which was convenient! Even got a free first wash for downloading the app. The machines are great for half the price of other laundromats in the area. All my clothes were completely dry in under 30 minutes. I spent less than $20 for 4 loads of laundry. I will definitely be coming here again.

Had such a great experience! Machines are coin or app operated. Low prices. The biggest machine is only 7.00.Free WiFi and a little library. Had an issue and Mike helped no problem. Even the snacks and drinks are great priced. Will be coming here from bow on. Only downside no bathroom but easy fix because I needed coffee so just stopped at dunkin which is conveniently across the street.

I recommend! My first time coming here with what looks like a new owner and I must say that I’m impressed. First of all, the owner/employee is here working, keeping the laundromat clean. Got free dryer sheets just for coming to wash. I was greeted when I came in the door which is a big plus, the pandemic, even before, has shut the mouth of many. What I mean by that statement is that nobody speaks anymore, but I feel welcomed here at this laundromat. I again, recommend this place.

This place cost to much don't go. The dryers are set low. $1.25 and still not dry.
