Sucks! Worst bank ever. Went to get something notarized. I'm an account holder but because the other person wasn't they wouldn't notarized the document. How is that a requirement to notarized something for you? I guess they don't value their customers to do anything for them.

Either they are severely allergic to good customer service or it will literally kill them to provide it. I'm not sure which. Ultimately i had to call and get an external manager involved who made it right, but it was like pulling teeth to get there.

Have opened up 2 accts with this branch. Kenneth is the banker who assisted in opening these accounts at two different times. He didn’t rush us and answered all of our questions. We were very pleased with our customer service!

I was going to this branch everyday until I had multiple Bad encounters with a teller named Ebony who is very unprofessional and condescending especially to a customer who has to come everyday in the middle of a pandemic now I will be going somewhere else.

Fantastic bank and great service. The location can be tough to get into going north but obviously not their fault. The staff and facility are terrific and they will bend over backwards to help you!

Will never go here again. I went in to cash a check that was drawn on them from an agency that I worked for. I have used this bank over and over each week to cash this same check....never an issue. Well today was different, they were acting ok until I would not agree to open up an account with them. They kept telling me about this 2% fee (which I'm already aware of because that's what they charge each time). So needless to say, they told me because I have a P.O. Box on my paycheck and a physical address on my licenses that they could not cash the check unless I brought a bill in with the P.O. Box address. Keep in mind I have cashed over 15 checks at this bank. At first I was angry.....but than I went to another PNC branch and they cashed the check without hesitation. And since I had such an issue with this PNC, the other PNC waived the 2% fee! So this particular branch gets a big fat -0- from me.

We sat there for about 45 minutes waiting to be helped while Melody helped a couple the whole time we were there. If she spent more time helping them and less time talking about her grandkids,back pain, Medicare etc..maybe she could of helped us with a service we needed taking care of. The tellers at the counter were very nice. One said if she could she would help us. So we ended up leaving the bank as Melody continued to socialize with her friends while helping them. We were able to make a withdrawal with a teller but still have to go to a branch. It will not be that one. Ont tbe White horse Pike in Statford, NJ
