Have been here several times and always the same story. Crowded, waiting at least 30 minutes past appointment time, and front desk extremely rude. The people that actually draw the fluids are extremely nice and professional, unfortunately getting to them is not a pleasant experience.

Twice i had appointments at labcorp in the rowen building and twice I had to wait for 45 minutes past my appointment time because of only one person drawing blood and one person working the front desk, they need to better serve the customers because we pay much money for our insurance if they can’t handle the people waiting for the bloodwork insurance companies need to get a new service.

I’ve been using this location to have my blood work done for the past few years now and I definitely recommend this location! I’ve always been a hard stick since my veins are very small but the phlebotomists here get me on the first try every time. Kitty is awesome! The ladies at the front desk are also very patient and helpful.

Only LabCorp I will go to now. Not only was the girl sooo nice, with virtually no wait time, she got me with 1 stick when it typically takes 4-13 sticks. I will get the girls name and update asap! But definitely recommend!

I used it today and the girl, after taking my sample, started talking about me to the other employee. I hope that it manages the criteria of a clinical laboratory, respect and confidentiality.

Waited an hour and half for my blood test pretty sure my paperwork did not make it back to the nurse performing the test. They finally realized the mistake and took me back.

I've used this location many times in the last six years. The people here are generally nice. But this is a high volume location and they seem to really struggle with seeing people with appointments on time. Today is a perfect example. I made a 9am appointment a week ago for today. I arrived ten minutes early. It's now 9:25 and I'm still waiting to be called.

My wife just went to this location (Stratford) after making an appointment. Then we got there and it was closed…why would it let you make an appointment if they are not open??????

Waited for about 10 minutes. Was called and was treated very nicely by the reception person. Overall a good experience.

Do yourself a huge favor and go anywhere except here! Can someone please do something about the incredibly nasty and rude woman at the front desk processing checkins and processing co-pay payments? (left hand side when walking into the labcorp). A quick look at other bad reviews tells me this is a recurring issue.When she called my name, I sat down expecting her to ask routine questions to check me in. I say "hi, I'm here for bloodwork" at this point she's already very nasty and frustrated, she snaps at me ''WELL??? ARE YOU GOING TO TELL ME IF YOU BROUGHT A PAPER REQUEST OR IF THEY TRANSMITTED IT TO US??"... I tell her "you have to tell me what you need because I don't know what you need until you ask me"A moment later, she starts being being rude to another customer who is politely asking her questions, because he's confused why people who checked in after him are going before him.. she starts answering him like his questions are stupid, like he should already know the answer to his questions, and he's clearly frustrated with her nasty attitude as well.When she starts resuming my checkin process, she asks for payment for the labwork, i say, "oh that's strange, my insurance should cover this" her response: "WELL IF YOU READ THE SIGN POSTED ON THE WALL, YOU WOULD UNDERSTAND OUR POLICY"I tell her, "I would like you to explain it to me, because I'm asking you to please explain it, not the sign on the wall" and she starts rudely explaining how it's only a hold until they charge my insurance... Each time I ask a question for clarification, she interrupts me after only getting a few words out, never letting me finish my questions. She is mostly incorrectly assuming what my question was going to be. I did not get many of my questions answered because I could barely finish my questions. She clearly hates her job. Please replace her with someone who doesn't hate people. I've received friendlier service from fast food workers.Some of the other negative reviews here have responses from the actual labcorp saying "thank you for bringing this to our attention" but they've done nothing about this, the bad reviews go back several years and report the same problem. I wish I had gone to QuestLab.

I had a lab test in May 2023 and as at today, 8/52023, the result had not been sent to my requesting physician. I tried to call but its always a recorded voicemail that responds. Highly disappointed.
