I made an appt online. Everything was really smooth. The woman who checked me in took my blood and she did great with it. I didn’t even feel the needle go in. She was very stern though. I was there for overall an 45 mins.

As good as the plebotomist is (a tall blonde woman) and I would whole-heartedly give her 5 stars, I was astounded by the unprofessional, rude ladies at the desk. Will not return.
