Don't send your scripts here!! You have to wait 2days for them after they are sent by the doctor, your get text messages that your meds are ready and you when you arrive there still not ready....second time using this place and definitely won't be back!!!

Thus pharmacy always has delays with processing my prescription for simbrinza eye drops which I cannot skip even a day in usage. Every time I order this medication they ask to wait 2 days minimum because they never have this medication available. 2 times they made me to pay full price 180$ with no reason. One time they had thus medication but they ordered them from another cvs and made me wait explained silly that they could give those drops. Every time I have refills from doctors this cvs has issues to proceed my receipt. This time they told to wait a week while I ordered drops 2 days ago. I can understand sometimes providers and medication companies don't deliver medication in time. Knowing this why would not you guys order some extra bottles for regular customers who come with the same prescription 3 years in a row? I recommend to avoid this pharmacy and leave complains on their official website it seems they react only there.

I'm giving one star because it makes you click on one or more...But this pharmacy doesn't deserve even one star! I've been a customer at this CVS (Somerdale to Stratford) for 25 + years. I even worked there while they were located in Somerdale for about 5 + years. The last few years have been horrible! Two hours after I dropped off my perception I went to pick it up (the time I was told to come back) my perception wasn't ready and they couldn't find it. After 30 minutes of watching them run around, because I wasn't leaving, the girl found my written paper perception in her pocket! They never run my daughter's perceptions through our insurance, trying to make us pay full price. We've had them "correct " their system multiple times. My husband picked up his medicine, not his first medicine to be filled here, and the wrong address was listed on his medication. They never called me to let me know they didn't have my medication. Two days after my doctor called them to fill it I went to pick it up... that was when they decided to tell me they haven't had the medication in the store for a while. I was told that I had to call my dr to have the dr call the perception into a 24 hour CVS pharmacy because the 24 hour pharmacies have more medication on hand, which eneded up a nightmare with my insurance because the insurance co thought the medication was filled here! CVS refused to call another CVS to help find the medication or help clear up the mix up with my insurance. I had to do the leg work. Not to mention, the app on my phone was saying the perception was "in process". Yesterday, I received a text saying my perception was ready for pick up and my app was showing the same. The girl at the window was nice and said they couldn't find it and were trying to locate my filled perception. The women pharmacist finally came to the window 20 minutes later with my medication. She never once apologized, no smile, just asked for the money gave me my medication and closed the window on me while I looked at her... like really!? They always look miserable! The customer service is terrible. The pharmacy closes for a lunch hour, which I understand, but now they are only opened for 5 hours on Sundays. You would think they would use the time from closing up the pharmacy to the time the store closes to catch up on calls or filling prescriptions, but I guess that would be too much. When I worked there the pharmacy opened when the store did and closed a half hour before the store did! Funny there were no complaints and always happy custimers. We debated for years to leave, but kept hearing other places were just as bad. I read comments on the Rite Aids in our area, which sounds just as bad! Although, I at least see a response from Rite Aid corporate apologizing. Doesn't look like CVS ever answers these complaints. Looking for suggestions on a better pharmacy in the area, if that exists!

The place is always on its head. The staff are miserable and constantly talking about who’s not there and what they’re not doing. Came back 4 times for a prescription and was told “we have it but give us 30 minutes”. It’s a gel. Thanks for your assistance.

Pharmacy is awful ! Never called me to tell me son’s meds were unavailable. I actually had to call the dr to call it into another pharmacy because they discarded his prescription. I will be using rite aid going forward

I've been using CVS as my pharmacy on and off for years and in different locations. The store, in general, offers a wide variety of products at fairly reasonable prices and they do give many coupons (receipts are as long as your arm!) The pharmacy itself is another story. Very inconsistent service from each pharmacist. I can understand that the job may be a bit stressful, however, some of the pharmacists act like they know more than your doctor and can be quite rude. I've actually witnessed fights between customers and pharmacists (or the techs working with them) more than once. Others are very professional and know how to speak to people. I think CVS should implement people skills training when hiring their employees so that each store is consistent.

I've been going to this CVS for a while now, (about every month) and the pharmacist Tasha is extremely sweet! No matter how busy, she always is super helpful, all the techs are huge sweethearts too ?

Usually understaffed, no one ever for photos and if you place an.order and the photo machine is down no one calls you, emails you or anything for the one hr service.

Extremely unprofessional and rude pharmacy staff. Instead of calling me to say they couldn't find my insurance info they charged my husband full price even though I've been to cvs pharmacy multiple times. My husband said he was treated very badly. We drove back and I told them to refund my money and run insurance. The one tech rolled her eyes and then while waiting I heard the other two mocking a customer who had just left because he was wearing a hat that referenced Jesus and love. They openly mocked him ifo me. Then the same rude tech decided to involve herself in my conversation with the tech helping me. She shouted at me from across the counter. I had her write her full name and I advised her I would call cooperate and thats exactly what I did. Who knows if she will be reprimanded but for anyone who is leaving a poor review just know you can call the pharmacy complaint line and report your issue. They should be held accountable and trained properly to interact with customers

Overall a clean and well-stocked CVS, pharmacy drive-through tends to be slow but I know of none that are not nowadays. Friendly staff!

Each and every time I’ve had the displeasure of having to come to this store, it’s been an awful experience. You’ve got the whole 9 yards of awful customer service; seemingly antisocial pharmacy techs who would rather fill prescriptions for 5 minutes before even acknowledging your existence as you’ve been waiting, then you’ve got goofy store employees who hide in the aisle doing stocking while you’ve been waiting up at the front for 5 minutes. Another woman was quite literally waiting at least 10 minutes and even started asking us if we knew if anyone was even working. I actually had to walk over to this guy and ask him to please do his job. To boot, the self service counter was down as it required associate assistance to continue. The worst part? Two pharmacist techs that I guess were off the clock came over to the guy checking me out and started talking about food and what sounded to be drinking and cursing behind the counter and other absolutely unprofessional things all the while we the guy casually stops to take a sip of his Gatorade instead of STARTING our transaction. What kind of behavior even is that?Anyway, I’m absolutely sure that I am not alone in my awful experiences at this store.

Horrible service. Any time my provider sends in a script they claim it wasn’t sent. It’s happened multiple times with multiple providers and I end up playing phone tag. When they do receive the script half the time it’s out of stock. Switching pharmacies for good!

They would not let a paying customer use their restroom. A business focused on health should always have a clean restroom available for customers.
