Fantastic service. I called on Tuesday, due to a sewer grate that wasn't flush when roads were redone and it popped one of my front steer tires. I spoke to Andrew first and explained my problem and I needed to get the tire size so he could see if they had one in stock. I called back and not sure who I spoke with but left tire size, name and number. I didn't get a call back that day but figured they were busy so I waited until Wednesday morning around 8:30am to give them time to start their day and when I called I repeated tire size, brand and that they were the all weather because I wanted to make sure they were the same, I was told they would call back shortly and when they did, I was in luck they had the right size tire and they scheduled me to come in at 11am. The tire was off the vehicle and they took it back to mount and balance. Had a hiccup since I probably didn't say the number right but they caught it and came in to tell me. They were great because they had another tire(right number lol) and they took care of it extremely fast which I was thrilled about. I would recommend this company for anybody that needs tires or any of the many other services they offer. Friendly, understanding, patient and did a fantastic job. New tire on the van and it looks great. We will be back whenever we need tires on another vehicle. The waiting area was so clean and comfortable, I saw there was a coffee machine and they had little glasses with candy in them, definitely different from some places we have been in years before. I just want to thank everyone there for being so nice, understanding, helpful and fast but quality work. Thanks again, Tara A.

They used to be good. The last time I was there the mechanic did a poor careless job. The belt was put on wrong ,the grooves misaligned with the pulley .

Called to ask pricing for 2 tire install w/ mount & balance. Spoke to the owner, Andrew. Wanted to charge me $90 for both.Complete rip off. I actually called back to ask why he charges so much and he was offended when I said I’ve gotten it installed in North Jersey for $20 a piece. He started telling me he has to pay for “overhead and taxes” when we all know living and owning a business in North Jersey is significantly more expensive. Here are some other options for anyone who are trying to save some cash:1) go to a local Sam’s club or Costco2) go across the bridge to Philly, w/ gas & tolls, it’ll still be cheaper.Go else where.

Their snide reply tells you everything you need to know about the service you can expect here. This seems to have happened with every person who has left a one star review.

We always get great service here. They keep you informed. They actually call when the vehicle is ready or if there's something unexpected.

Trust and Integrity are two values that are so critical when dealing with any business. Certified checks both boxes. I’ve shopped around and dealt with many mechanics and shops over the years. This is a Grade A operation. Big Thanks to Andrew and Ron for providing class act Service while taking care of our family’s car issues. Outstanding.

I would Recommend Certified *********** to anyone looking for fair and honesty regarding any automotive repairs, this is because both **** the mechanic and ****** the store manager provided quality work great customer ********************** and very reasonable pricing.being a woman, I am always on guard when it comes to having my vehicle serviced. i had the unfortunate happen when after starting my Audi after leaving my office in ********, some lights lit up on my dash and my car started to hesitate and backfire when I attemted to drive. Since I am a AAA member, I called for a tow to the Audi dealer but was told that it would cost me more because of the distance to the Audi dealer. the driver explained that within a certain radius I was able to have it towed to Certified *********** for no additional cost as they are an authorized AAA repair facility ....so that's what was done...after the vehicle was dropped off, I received a phone call almost immediately from ****** who explained the diagnoses, the repair process and the cost relating to my issue. it turns out I needed a fuel pump, a sensor and coil plugs ?? in 2 cylinders of my engine.he explained the parts ordering process (german car) and the time it would take to have the vehicle repaired. to my surprise, ****** called me back and told me my vehicle was completed sooner than promised and that the cost was reduced because they sourced a fuel pump for less money than previously price quoted....when does that ever happen??? anyhow, when I went to pick up my car I met the mechanic (****)who did the work on the car, he explained to me what he did and how I can avoid this from happening again in the future. who knew that the cheap regular gas I was putting in the car was doing my engine harm. ****** then suggested that I alternate between the regular gas and add a tank of premium gas at least once a month. After paying, ****** walk out and poured a complementary fuel system cleaner at no additional charge! great experience!

Didn't do what they said they did...I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. I paid for an oil change and tire rotation. They didn't rotate the tires.I noticed when I got in my car an hour later this morning. My front driver side tire is missing a valve cap. After the "tire rotation" the same tire in that same spot is still missing a cap.I hope they actually changed my oil and filter.I wouldn't trust this place again.

On my way to work this morning I realized my tire was leaking air. I needed to find a place near Rowan Medicine in Stratford so I could drop off my car during my business hours. Even though there was no appointments available, I took a chance and left my car at Certified Tire with the hope that they would take care of my car. A few hours later I got the call that the tire was fixed. I was very happy to hear that! Thank you so much for your amazing service and a great deal.

I had aftermarket wheels installed, two front tires & an alignment. The shop severely damaged my brand new wheels, installed the tires incorrectly, & left the bolt on the tie rod loose after the alignment twice. I coudn't even drive my car for 4 days until a local shop could look at it & I had to pay that shop to do the alignment correctly. Now I have to pay someone else to dismount, mount & rebalance my tires & wheels. I also don't even know if the shop put the correct rims in the front as I have a factory staggered setup & replaced with the same size. The shop is aware of that but I don't know if they actually paid attention. They also busted my headlight assemby (broken seal) the day they installed the wheels. I was quickly showed a photo that was suposedly the inside of my headlight that had water in it. While headlight condensation is a known problem to Lexus, I had no problems until that day. That's not a coincidence. The indicator headlight just magically appeared as I was pulling out of the shop. I had to pay $920 for that. Another $100 for the alignment I had to get done a third time & now another $80-160 to dismount & rebalance my tires & wheels, depending on whether the correct size is in the front. They paid a cheap mobile rim repair company that simply used clear coat to cover only some of the damage as a temporary fix. The proper way to repair rims involves dismounting, welding and heating. The passenger side wheel still has gouges on the upper lip & the driver side wheel still has scratches embedded on the upper lip but its not as bad as the passenger side. They are liable for the damage & if they were a decent, trustworthy & reliable business they'd replace my brand new wheels they destroyed. The service manager is now telling me the damage is my fault because I submitted a complaint to the BBB (even though they're not BBB accredited) I guess I drove sideways in order for that to happen. The damage is clearly from incompetence & dated equipment. Its clearly visible from the photos that the damage is on both of the upper lips of the rims that have no contact with the curb & its obvious that there's gaps between the rims & tires from the improper installation. The service manager tried telling me the gaps are normal since they're low profile tires. I've been using low profile tires for years & he knows that. All of this is very disappointing as I've been a customer of the service manager for 5 years and this is how a loyal customer gets treated. I can't even get my front rims replaced that the shop destroyed. They are liable for the damage & need to assume responsibility for their mistake & replace them. This is honestly ridiculous that I'm even dealing with any of these mistakes & the poor handling of their errors is even more disturbing.

Always a good experience at Certfied Tire and Auto Service! My husband and I have taken our cars here and have never had a bad experience. We trust them and refer our friends and family here. Trust is a big deal when talking about your auto mechanic. Trust they are not trying to gouge us or do things we don't need just to pump up the price. Why aren't you there yet? You need an oil change don't you?!?
