Completely ignored. I walked in, the only one in the store. The woman/sales sat on her stool, no greeting, no offer to help. I can’t say she was rude, but I can say she was a lousy saleswoman. She was disinterested. Was it the way I was dressed? Did I look like I wasn’t going to purchase? She’d be wrong. I went in for the orange frame and the navy romper. I left with nothing. Not even a good bye.

I love this store. It is pricey, but it carries some not well known brands that you don’t bump into people wearing the same stuff on the street. Whenever I am back in town, I like to stop in and see their new arrivals.

I grew up in nearby Cape May Court House and always loved perusing the crowded, vibrant racks at People People. This past year, new owners took over the shop. I was looking forward to see how they would put their spin on a classic boutique in Stone Harbor. They still have a Lilly selection, although it's so much smaller than it used to be. I loved seeing some Instagram favorite brands like Farm Rio and The Striped Sheep in the racks, but like a previous reviewer indicated, I was missing the usual volume of fun inventory, cute, whimsical things you would only be able to find at the shore. It felt more like the boutiques I encounter in Manhattan. I also missed the warmth toward the customers. Not a single associate interacted with my mother and I when we browsed, which was incredibly disappointing for two, loyal People People customers.

I recommend but sign says they open at 10am on Sundays and I’m still sitting out side the store at 10:20 and they aren’t open

Very excited about the "new" People People in SH! I love that I can see all the inventory, a breath of fresh air. New clothing frequently-- absolutely love the style! Run don't walk to People People :)

Store under new management - bad news for SH/AV locals... While the new People People owners seem lovely, what happened to our favorite store? This used to be a shore STAPLE! Where did 70% of the inventory go? What about accessories, shoes, bags? What about the luxury items for a special event? Home accessories? Sale rack? It's so DRASTICALLY different...and NOT good. What a bummer. They should not have kept the name... Guess we'll all be saving a lot of money moving forward...

Sam helped me out finding a last minute dress for a wedding I'm attending. Sam's kind, sweet, and she picked out dresses from the sale section also which help us out so much! Love the vibe at this shop and People People have clothes for all ages. When I'm back in the neighborhood, definitely shopping here. Sam, Thanks again

Lilly Pulitzer heaven! Got 2 great pieces both on sale for a great price! The young girls behind the counter were super sweet! Amazing selection and a great set up super cute shop!

People People is my favorite shop in Stone Harbor. They carry such a wide variety of lines and sizes and price ranges ... it is such a treat to shop there. Great accessories and gifts, beautiful clothing, and gorgeous bags.

I love this place. I love how I walk in and say- this is what I'm looking for- and there's always someone there to show me what I need. I LOVE trying on things I wouldn't have thought of for myself. Clearly the shop leeper knows her stuff!!!!
