The Store is well laid out, the Aisles are well marked, the Staff is well trained to be very helpful and the Prices are well lower than the "other Guys" for Tools & Accessories. Essentially it is a Real Hardware Store... not a Department Store for Homeowners.”

“This place is rare in a day and age of zero customer service anymore. I had an issue with a deck product failing to perform. The store came out and stripped the product and replaced the correct product and made it all right. Unbelievable. Unheard of in this day and age. Five stars.”
