Best post office I’ve ever been to. Not sure why people are complaining about package or mail delivery.
As a (physical) location it is top notch.

Great and quick service. The woman at the counter was very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Always love a post office that's patient and kind as I know others feel like you are just a number in the line.

Depends on what you’re talking about.The folks who service the desk at the post office itself are polite. They do their jobs.The delivery service that emanates from there is horrendous and has been for as long as I’ve lived in the area, and that’s a couple of decades.Important documents, bank cheques, packages, all with tracking numbers reported as delivered actually arrive weeks after their alleged delivery date, if at all.The latest was an Amazon package reported as delivered on March 20th. On April 2nd I gave up on it and contacted Amazon and reported it non-delivered. The replacement, sent by UPS, showed up up two days later.This happens a lot. Tracked posts and packages reported as delivered and either showing up much later than reported or not at all. This causes trouble when we’re talking legal and tax documents and financial instruments. The senders are told these articles arrived and I’m reporting to them they haven’t. It causes extended delays and issues I have to resolve. Not to mention trust issues.Where ever possible I have requested USPS not be used by people I do business with. I don’t want to, I’m a former civil servant myself, but this stuff I’m not receiving is important to me and I need to get it. So they’ve left me little choice. If this is the case across the board it causes less folks to use USPS, and it will cause lay offs and post office closures.It’s not in their best interests. Jobs are at stake. Please do better, for your own sakes.

Our mailman will not open his door or get out of his truck to put something into our mailbox or any of our neighbors if there's a car within a car distance from the mailbox. It is so infuriating. I can't control where people park. This is such a lack of responsibility. The mail must be delivered. And if he has to take two steps to put something into my mailbox, that shouldn't be a problem. If there's a certified letter he leaves his truck and walks all the way to my door. So two steps is a whole lot easier. Just was supposed to get an Amazon package today and he didn't deliver it because a neighbor's friend parked close to my mailbox. This is just bad service. Not to mention how often the post office is extremely late delivering packages that are promised on a certain day and they deliver it days or weeks after.

I am in there all the time, and they are always pleasant and helpful. The new building is so much larger than the old one, and better lit. Very clean, great parking. I've had a couple of very complicated situations where they really went above & beyond to help me out. I really appreciate it. And I use the home pickup service as well sometimes, which is a life-saver! Very reliable. Keep up the good work!

They're just awful. Say they delivered packages, but nope, never got them. Destroy your mail and send back months later...yup. Returned packages saying they didn't have postage, yet put the No Postage stamp directly on top of the actual Postage!! Yeah that happened too.They're really bad at their jobs.

USPS delivery of packages are the worst. I have two video clips of packages being tossed on my front porch rather than being placed on the ground. One of the deliveries resulted in a broken UVB bulb I had ordered for a terrarium. I thought it was a one time issue but it continues to happen.
