Did not use Bobs service because of the red flags we were getting from trying to set an appointment. He wanted to do the service the next day and I would not be available to get them set up until the day after, as I was on business travel. Also being on business travel, it took me a few hours to give this feedback which irritated him.Lastly he was insisting on cash only which was about 600 higher then other quotes. So I would also need to stop at the bank. Definitely not customer centric from our point of view.

Amazing service by Bob. Wanted to surprise my sister who is a nurse who drives and sees patients at their resident's. Bob provided service on Labor Day weekend and completely transformed the inside of the car making it like new. Absolutely will use him again in the future and recommend him to all looking for an exceptional car cleaning. Decided to have my 2016 Tesla detailed before turning it in for sale. Bob squeezed us into his schedule at the last minute. He showed up at our house in the morning and did an amazing job. The car looked and smelled like new. He cleaned he rims and rotors, removed all the tiny black marks we were never able to get off with normal cleaning. He even removed a scratch in the paint. I bought a classic black Z06 Corvette over the winter and it needed a buff pretty bad (there is no hiding anything w/ 20 year old black paint). Bob squeezed me in and was very exacting and energetic with his work. All I had to do was leave the car out and he transformed it before I even got up. He was able to take out much of the scuffing and bird damage and all of the swirls and surface scratches. I expected the beautiful glossy finish but I didn't expect him to take all the rust off my rotors too!Services: Clay bar treatment

Hired bob to detail a 43 enclosed foot car trailer. Didn't bother to wash it, just showed up and started buffing the dirt and oxidation into the paint. Burned through the paint in multiple areas and pulled pieces of the aluminum siding edges off with the buffer. I wouldnt suggest bobs polish my wort enemy's shoes.Service: Paint repair
