Absolutely wonderful B&B!! Extremely clean, beautifully furnished, owner Audry was superb in explaining logistics of the room and access to the inn, and breakfast was delicious (had the oatmeal bake among many options). We have already booked our next stay! Thank you, Audry!!

Step back in time in a magnificent B&B. Rooms are beautiful, cozy common space, breakfasts are wonderful. Been here on business off season twice now - would love to come back in the Spring ?♥️

Right near the Stanhope House and 25 minutes from the Newton Theater. Breakfast yogurt parfait excellent. Eggs over easy, yolks a little overdone. Room comfortable & lovely grounds.Rooms: All looked cozy & appealing.Safety: Very safeNoteworthy details: Babbling little brooklet.
