“I recently had my first visit at Roxbury Animal Hospital with my two cats, and the experience was above and beyond! Colleen and Jennifer at the front desk were so very kind and answered all million of my questions with care and kindness. The vet techs greeted me with a smile and made me feel comfortable and confident in taking my girls there for their checkup. Dr. Elia is incredibly intelligent and thorough. She made sure my girls were healthy from top to bottom. Everybody who handled my cats treated them with grace and love, pet them and made them feel safe.
It is such a relief to have found this place, and I couldn’t recommend them more. Thank you again”
“We needed to get our dog seen quickly, Amanda Gast listened to our concerns about our dog and got us in that day. After determining our dog needed surgery she was able to explain everything and ease our nervousness as our dog is 9 and surgery had several risks. She kept us up to date during the whole procedure. Every step after that she was super patient and informative with us and our dog who doesn't listen well. We have since changed over to Tranquility for all our animal care needs”
“We cannot say enough good things about Highlands!!! Our two year old dog has had many health issues and the staff is always so helpful and gets us in right away for any and all emergencies! Everyone is wonderful but a special shout out to Dr. Lindsay. She spends so much time with our guy and loves on him. He's very nervous and she is so patient and has helped us figure out exactly what is going on with him. I highly recommend highlands!”

What an amazing place and staff! So welcoming and truly worried about my dog. From the moment i walked in to the moment i walked out everyone showed such professionalism and passion for their jobs! My dog ended up having a real emergency and they were able to quickly come up with a plan. They have gained a new patient because i will definitely be going back for my dogs needs.”

They're all very professional, reasonably priced (we usually get the nail trim treatment deluxe ?), friendly, and respectful. I don't think we'll ever stop going here!”
