This is my favorite shoprite to go to, they have most of what I need and it's never too much of a pain to navigate. The only issue is the produce is terrible. I hope shoprite fixes the produce issues they have soon. Majority of produce here rots in a couple days or is already moldy. I've also had a bad experience with some of the meats packages being opened and smelling really bad. Other than that I love the shoprite. I just go elsewhere now for produce and only buy some meats from shoprite.

Disappointed with my pick up order. I was able to select everything on the site as it was available but many items were left out stating not in stock. I decided to go into the store to see and I found all the items they said that wasn’t it stock. Very disappointed as a friend was helping me out due to hard times. I did go to customer service she was friendly tried to give some excuses but they weren’t valid to this situation. Just upsetting as we are still without items we needed

I am so tired going into this supermarket and being treated badly by the staff. Today, all I asked was if something I had purchased was the correct price because it seemed a bit high. They directed me to customer service. I asked if they could find out if this price was correct, and they said no, they could not. I had to walk back to that department and find out for myself. It's not bad enough to be pushed around constantly by the shop at home crew but then to be forced to do your own price check. And everyone looks at you like you have two heads when you ask a question. I'm just really tired of it.

Sad to say but their produce is not always fresh and a lot of it has no prices and you are shocked at the price when you get to check out. Also, I advise that you weigh your meat purchases. I purchased a “3” pound package of ground beef. When I got home I pulled out my scale so I could split it up into 2 - 1.5 pound packages. It only weighed 2 lbs. They shorted me a entire pound. I wonder how often that happens. Another unrelated supermarket was sued for that practice. Makes you wonder.
