Can’t give Anthony and the team enough credit! My vehicle needed a whole new rear end. Anthony went above and beyond explaining everything to me. He informed me every step of the way! They gave me a loaner car for the time they had my truck. They replaced the rear end and got my truck back in safe operating condition! I will recommend this center to any of my friends and family! I will be driving the hour from here on out to get my vehicle serviced by them!

I took my car after I had a Check engine light on, to have it completely inspected. I expected the outcome to inform all the possible issues and recommendations with the code. But their analysis was completely inaccurate. I need to again take it to a local auto shop to get the issue resolved. I lost the trust on their multi point inspection and diagnostics. Better to choose another place.

After picking up my car after hours, I found the same oil change sticker on the windshield as when I brought it in. The dash was still blinking that service was needed so I had to check the oil myself to ensure it was actually changed. My bill also reflected that I had declined recommended services when no one called to recommend anything to me. I'm not sure what happened but this isn't the level of service I expect from a dealer.Three stars because the oil was actually changed and tires rotated and a paper floor mat was used to keep the floor clean.Services: Tire rotations

I called to inquire about a car and Josh helped me out the next day. I left in a brand new Altima and I love it! He was by far the best car salesman I have ever dealt with, highly recommended!!

Where do I start. 3 times I showed up to service 20 minutes before closing to be able to talk to a service rep and they closed/left early every time. Then I finally take my car in, they tell me what to change, I spend 2000 dollars. They don't fix it and then tell me I need to pay for another diagnostics. Scam artists and lazy excuses for mechanics

Let me start by saying the only reason I'm rating them one star is because there is no option for zero. The service manager Bob should not be allowed to deal with human beings at all has no customer service skills and is the type of person that will destroy someone's business. The owner of this place should really consider this guys employment there. Treats customers like trash even though he is the only trashy thing in there. Now let's go on to the the guy who inspects the cars he really needs to be trained again because he can't even tell the difference between vehicle damage and dirt. If anyone reading this values their time and money do not service or buy vehicles from this place. I just wonder if all other Nielsen dealers are the same? The only thing I can gather based on this experience is that they are if they hire people like bob and employees who are not properly trained to do their jobs.

To say that this dealership is bad, is putting it lightly, most notably their service department. I had scheduled an appointment a week prior (phone call) with a female who works in service for a simple oil change, yet they never made sure that it was correctly put into the system. I came in yesterday 7/13/2022, driving 30 minutes out of my way to get this job done, and they claimed that an appointment had never been set. The best that they could do is waiting 2 hours to appease my needs. There was also another incident 6 months ago in which they had me wait 2 1/2 to 3 hours for the same job (oil change) mentioned above. Over the years, I have purchased several Nissan vehicles through this dealership. Because of the failure to meet my needs, and lack of consistency, they have permanently lost me as a customer, therefore I do not recommend doing business with them.

This is quite possibly the worst dealership on the surface of the earth. If you want a complete piece of garbage then this is the place for you. The vehicle I purchased was advertised as "Certified Pre-owned". I'm not sure why it costs $500 to actually get that given that it was advertised as such. Should have been part of the advertised price. Also, 11 months after I bought my gigantic piece of junk the engine went on it, and they wouldn't cover it under the warranty. The idiot at the service department told me the cheapest they could replace it for was going to be $9,500. I went to another dealership and had it done for roughly $6,700. The vehicle was only 10 months old and they wanted to soak me for another $9,500. Please, do yourself a huge favor and never buy a Nissan or anything else from this dealership. It will be a complete nightmare. The salesman, Dan, was hounding me to write him a sparkling review. Well, here you go Dan-O...here's your review. This place is a complete dumpster fire. If I could have given less than one star I certainly would have. If it would allow me to give negative stars for a rating this place would get -5 stars.
