Mix-up regarding whether I was going to pay in cash or card, which took 10-15 minutes to sort out after the fact. The mix-up is understandable, but the inability to fix the mix-up was pretty awful.

Great price on Home Heating Oil. If you run out of oil this place can be a great help. They don't have a restroom to use.
