My first time here usually go to Blairstown. I have a suburban I asked for a platinum wash 18 dollars. When I got out the other side . 3 men none spoke English were wiping down. I got out to tip and take a look. Number one alloy rims in great condition were filthy took my finger and black all over .they couldn't even wipe it off .mind u I paid platinum price for wheels to be cleaned. Number 2 when I looked at driver side and rear soap was pouring out from bottom of doors and back hatch .and I mean I could washed another car with it. I just had gallbladder surgery and had too take the rag to wipe it cause they wouldn't do it. Then I spotted the guy in the back and I told him he said they don't wipe inside. I said there's soap everywhere he walked away. I left mad as hell went to shop rite got out of truck and my factory wheel flare on passenger side hanging off the truck. This is the worst car wash and service I ever experienced. I will now post all over social media how horrible ur service was and no one gave a crap.

Very nice employees. Good amount of product in the machines. Driers can do better at getting water off the vehicle.

I have a monthly subscription here. The service is fine. Car just doesn't get 100% clean. I don't think I always get what I paid for. I have the under carriage option, but sometimes that light indicator isn't flashing when I go thru. Especially if it's busy, maybe they downgrade service when it's busy just to get cars through faster. The guys drying the car don't always get the car dry. The glass is usually streaked. I don't like that I have to pay for a vacuum. There's a new place nearby and closer to my home, I might give it a try. Sorry Byram Car Wash.

I am a monthly member for 2 years. The wash is good usually no issues but the vacuums are terrible. It is time to upgrade the vacuums it’s ridiculous. They don’t work. Need to upgrade asap

Have been a subscriber since 2 years, its a good carwash with fast service and lot of options. The traffic management to enter the carwash could be better, often cars get into fights as the priority queue is confusing.

Been utilizing the platinum monthly plan for 2-1/2 years now. Very convenient for me and the value is exceptional. Never had any issues. I've used it 5 days in one week and no problems. This isn't a detail shop. The complaints I see here seem to be those with excessively dirty wheels and expect a $16 wash to clean away months of metallic brake dust. Isn't going to happen. If you want your car detailed, go pay the $250 at a shop.

You guys are always very helpful, and kind, the only issue I have is that not everyone knows how to fix the me bership and I need to do a modification on one of the vehicles I bring, and the times I been there the only person who knows how to do it is not there, they told me to fix it online, but there is not an option for Byram Car Wash on.
I feel like lately the people who dries the car aren't really drying, but I also can't imagine how difficult is to do this job at this time of the year. I pay a membership and I can go everyday if I can. Is worth it, specially this time of the year.

For a quick wash, yes. But this place gets so busy and is literally bumper to bumper going through. There's only 2 people drying who do a terrible job due to being overwhelmed with bumper to bumper vehicles coming at them. A lot of soap left on your vehicle. On a really hot/sunny day, that soap can damage paint!

$22.00 plus a tip and, I still have a dirty black car. There is NO prewash, NO drying.......the employees take no care at all. I'm disgusted with this car wash!

Don’t come here if you ever need any help from the customer service. They will never provide a solution for any damage caused by them to your car
