I needed to get a Power of Attorney ASAP and was a bit confused about banking procedures in this regard. The Branch Manager, Jessica Thompson, met with me, explained what needed to be done and referred me to Ruben Caban, to get the necessary paperwork done. Jessica and Ruben were great and addressed all my concerns. Not only were they super efficient, but every manager out there should take lessons on how to deliver customer service from Jessica: polite, gracious, attentive, friendly and reaches out to the customers. A++ JOB!!”

Everything leading up to closing out the account was stressful, so being able to have it taken care of so quickly and easily was a huge relief.
