“Bought my son an electric bike for his birthday. He put it together and the tire was leaking air. Took the bike back to get another one, had two in the store. We went to get it and couldn't find it, went up to Maggie who helped meake sure there were in fact 2 bikes left. She was calling store associates to help and we couldn't find the bike. She was going to check the Brick store for me but it bothered her that their system showed two bikes and we couldn't find them. She got another manager to help and low and behold they found the bike. It was the floor model but they sold it to me discounted. Took it home, my son was ecstatic. Then we realized the keys he had from his old bike didn't fit this bike. I called and gave t Maggie who immediately started looking for the accessories that came with this bike. She called me back like 45 minutes later to say they found them! We were so happy and appreciated the help they gave us! We already love Costco, but the way Maggie and her team helped us, makes us appreciate them even more!”

“I have been a Costco member for more than a decade. I like Costco and the Kirkland brand, which are good quality. I have visited many Costcos in New Jersey, Virginia and Delaware. I have stopped here before on my return from Bergen County, New Jersey to my new home in Delaware via the Cape May ferry. This Costco is located conveniently off the Garden State Parkway near Route 72 or Long Beach Island. I stopped here again on a Tuesday afternoon on my return to my home in Delaware. This was the least crowded time to visit this specific Costco. I will continue to stop here if and when I return to Delaware via the Cape May ferry.”

“Coming from a metropolitan area Costco and comparing it to this Costco, hands down would I choose this one over that one. (But that's a whole other conversation since I'd rather live there than here)Anyway, lots of great pluses about this Costco. 1. PARKINGThe parking lot is huge. Even if during the holidays, you'll have to park farther than usual during busy hours, you'll always find parking. 2. CALMER COSTCOThis Costco is definitely a lot less chaotic than other ones I've been too. Could be just the small town vibe 3. PRICESOkay not sure why but there are often times my mom tells me "_____ is on sale" and I find that it isn't on sale by me. Whenever I go here, the prices are unbeatable, and we love amazing prices! 4. GAS STATIONThere's a gas station at this Costco! But be sure that you're a Costco member, and that you're willing to wait a long while during peak hours (weekends / after work) Haven't had to deal with customer service post-pandemic so I have no say there, but the sampling people here are super nice and give out good samples! My only wish is that they carried more variety of Asian goods like in Teterboro and Edison, but I sense that is location dependent.”
