Not completely satisfied, my furniture was delivered and it was the wrong color and wrong material . Had to wait 2months for partial delivery only to have to now wait another 2 months for the order to be corrected . No compensation was offered ,I have a living room with no furniture, so the manager offered to redeliver the wrong merchandise if still available, i will be contacting corporate office because Ifeel that the sales rep and manager were doing everything they could not to compensate me for my inconvenience

We had the most incredible experience at value city. We were in a last-minute situation and Matt was incredible by texting me on her way down to the store with all the available options of our needs and by the time we walked in, we knew what we wanted and we bought it. I highly recommend This store and particularly Matt for his excellent customer service and attending to our needs. We will be back to finish the rest of the house.
