woman on staff was extremely unprofessional and on a power trip telling people “hell no” when they were unable to mail their package per usps standards. it’s unnecessary and extremely rude. you can inform a customer on why you can’t mail their package without being crass and obnoxious.

One of the worst USPS . They don't even give you small tape to tape envelop that won't stick . You must buy whole big tape. USPS on lbi and UPS on manahawkin have better service and understanding.This is reason why USPS keep losing business.

parking is available in the lot in the front, many cars are quickly passing through this lot which is a bit chaotic. went in to purchase a prepaid label, which I could not purchase as I did not have the measurements of the package. I understand this now, but one of the female cashiers was quite rude about it.

I recently had an issue occur and I am so grateful for the help of the manahawkin office. They were so kind and I am so appreciative. Everyone in this location is beyond nice and helpful!

I went to this location to get my passport done. The associate who assisted me was really helpful. He took my photo and processed my application quickly. Great customer service.

Worst service ever. I didn't receive a package I'm time and they delivered back because supposedly I moved when I have lived at my address for 2 years. I spoke with an employee that made it seem like it was my error when if you know where the street name is located just deliver the package.

Terri is one if your nicest employees and very helpful n pleasant! I can't say the same for the nasty employee John at the Barnegat location. He is miserable and rude n makes up his own rules. I stopped going there and will bring my business to manahawkin location. Great job Terri with customer service!!!

The woman at the counter is HORRIBLY nasty. She is older with longish grey hair (working 1/10/22 around 2:40pm). She is unprofessional and unhappy, rude and just nasty. I make it as easy as possible for the employees at the post office by having an 'End of Day Sheet' created for my pre-paid envelopes... where all they need to do is SCAN THE FORM and it checks in all of the packages at once. She always has a comment or complaint. I suggest using the Barnegat location. They are always friendly!!!
