Somewhat mixed feelings with this review. I asked the woman at customer service if the store still laminates luggage tags and with her back turned to me she mumbled and pointed..”check with printing”. I asked her to repeat herself and without turning around she pointed again and mumbled “printing”. Maybe she was having a bad day, but I think management should be able to identify this issue and take steps to address her attitude issue. The printing process was friendly and quick to produce a number of luggage tags within an hour. I think printing did a great job offsetting by the less than cordial assistance from customer service so I guess we’re at 2 1/2 stars.

I watched an associate throw a device against the wall at the Amazon return center, and another store associate pick it up, put it on the counter and laugh at the situation. The staff member was rude, short, and clearly angry - all over doing their job. After watching this happen, the angry associate threw plastic bags at me and told me to bag my own Amazon returns. I found the associate to be extremely aggressive and non-professional in every aspect.

The staff at this location are unmatched. The store is always clean, always well stocked, and the staff is always knowledgeable about where products are and are fantastic at giving recommendations. They couldn't be more friendly either and always recognize me when I walk in the door. Staples Stafford YOU ROCK!

Out of all the staples I’ve been to this is HANDS DOWN THE BEST. From the great customer service the minute you walk in the door all the way down always being clean and stocked, I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the Stafford Staples!! 10000% recommend ?

I purchased a label rider and paper 3 weeks ago. I don't have my receipt.
Paid cash. Big mistake
Staples in manahawkin says there's nothing they can do for me so I'm out 324. For a product I can't even use.
Even one stars too much terrible terrible store policies.
14 day return policy with or without receipt on electronics.
And they thank me for my review Big deal Thank you unbelievable

Hope the day improves for older woman in the copy/print “service” area and the younger woman who “works” in the Amazon return area. Location is great, but I think your employees are disgruntled, maybe just rude.

I went to Staples several days ago to have a photo made into a poster. I specified the size and asked some questions regarding the quality, cost, and when the poster would be ready. The associate (a woman) was abrupt with her responses and told me it would be ready the next day (as I requested). I said ok, thank you, and left. I came back the next day and when I saw the poster, it was blurry to the point that I could not use it. When I told her (same associate) that I did not want it and I was disappointed that she did not tell me ahead of time that it would be blurry, she had an attitude and just said, “You don’t have to pay for it.” She proceeded to fold the poster and that was it. I left. I called the manager on the phone and explained the situation. I told him that I believe the associate should have shown me what she had on her computer screen when she enlarged my photo. She should have asked me if I wanted that or if we could find a clearer image to work with, or ANYTHING but the poor attitude she demonstrated. She, in effect, wasted a full day of my time and she wasted Staples’ money! The manager told me he would look into the matter and get back to me. Later that same day I received a call from a different associate (a male) and he told me he and the manager found a clearer image of the same photo I wanted enlarged. They worked with it and made me a poster. If I wanted to come in, they would be happy to show me, and if I wanted the poster, it would be no charge. The poster is now framed and hanging in my home! I cannot thank the manager and male associate enough for going the extra mile for me. THAT is real customer service! I am so appreciative!!!!!! THANK YOU, Anthony and Evan!

For the most part, pick a bunch of teenagers, who typically dont care and throw them in a store with your customers. Don't supervise them and what do you get?I'll just stand in the sidelines and watch this store as it suffers from this lack of intervention by supervisors. I hope this store isn't privately owned, I would give details if I thought someone in the store would care enough to do anything.

I just visited this staples to use their self service printer. It was not working and I asked the associate for help three times. She rudely said send it again instead of taking the time out to help me. The last time I asked her for help she began yelling. I asked for the manager. I have had many encounters with this associate. She is always rude to everyone who needs assistance. Well the manager came he was rude. He did not resolve the issue and said is that all like I need to get to the back and finish my nap. Really. They all thought it was funny laughing and whispering through their microphones. I guess this behavior is acceptable because they know there is no repercussions.
