Major shout out to the Sales Manager, Rick for being the absolute best! I had a terrible tire blow out on the parkway with my baby in the car yesterday which was beyond terrifying. When I got to Quality tire, Rick reassured me everything will be OK! This location had a play area which was my saving grace as I was over an hour away from where I lived, so luckily my baby was busy while Rick did everything in his power to assist with my situation. Even though, my tires were not available at Quality tire and they ended up not getting any “business” from me, Rick helped me while I scrambled to get tires from other locations by where I live and made sure no one was taking advantage of me, educating me on the proper tires I need, providing me with all the product size and information & guiding me all day until my dad came and got us. I have never been treated with such respect and care from a Manager in my entire life. It was so refreshing being at an establishment that actually cared about someone’s well being and just doing the right thing to make sure things were taken care of properly.
THANK YOU RICK! I will never forget about your thoughtfulness!

This place ALMOST scammed me out of $1200. I took my car in for a simple alignment and was told that the alignment could not be performed because my car needed "all new tie rods," which they quoted at $1200. I was skeptical and took my car to another mechanic who easily performed the alignment for $150 -- without replacing any tie rods. Stay far away from this place. Dishonest and clearly tries to sell you on work your car doesn't actually need.

Competitively priced for the local market, they completed my repairs ahead of schedule. The waiting area is very clean. Eric the managing mechanic had a challenge that could only be fixed by a dealership and he made the call to one local, got me in, then held two of his guys on site to make sure I got out before they closed. HEAVENSENT!! My family and I were on our way home from vacation and the tire pressure light came on the dashboard. Freagin Great! I have 150 miles left and I need this grief now! Stopped by this establishment, within 5 minutes, spoke to gentleman at counter, went around back and had all 4 tires filled and the minor issue was identified. Not a problem at all and the rest of the trip put me at ease. Thank you to all for your compassion and your tribute to your craft. You guys!! You made 3 people very happy. Many thanks!!

STAY AWAY!!!NOTHING “QUALITY”about this place!!!This place is a joke and the old guy at the front desk is miserable, he acts like your bothering him. And the manager(lets call him curly) has no clue what he’s doing and could care less about customer service. Put a new tire on my car i brought with me, they then mounted and balanced which is a rip off, $65 (for one tire)then tells me unfortunately he can’t put a tire on my car under a “new law” about used tires when it wasn’t even used. This is after month prior when they already did it once.what a joke!! Go to mavis WAY cheaper and even offer law enforcement discount, guys are great and actually care about you. I tell everyone i know not to go to this place!!Service: Tires

These guys are great. They are very informative, concise, and have a good sense of humor. I wouldn't have anyone else look at my vehicle. I know if the fix my car, I won't have any trouble with it, and if I do, they will rectify it. I couldn't be happier.
