I go quite often I own a business that needs many items in the store. I speak to a few of the associates at the register who are very nice for the most part. However the other day and today I felt extremely uncomfortable. I was being watched by a man and a teen. It was very uneasy. Now I have many many things in my hands and like I said I always shop here Idk what they thought or why they were watching me however today I felt so uncomfortable that I chose to do a curb side pickup. I was that uncomfortable that a man was watching me from the corner and once I noticed he pushed the teen over and said not here.... not sure what that means. I immediately grabbed everything I was buying from my hands and bag and I took over thing out in front of the associate I always speak to. If they did think I was stealing I made it clear I was not I even told her. I have many items I exchange and for my business so I even Have purchased items in my bags but I regardless of what they thought the way they went about it was not okay. Than today when I did the curb side pick up I saw the teen run from behind MY CAR ... like what on earth? I am beyond uncomfortable at this point and unless I get some kind of explanation I will have to see what my options are. I will not be shipping there again which is a shame I supported their business everyday through an epidemic. When lines were long for Black Friday those were the only days I did not but they were getting plenty of other support.

Went to Michaels for custom framing on two pictures. After ringing for help at the counter and not getting a response, I approached a staff employee in another department of the store who told me to ring for help. Again I did ring. After awhile the staff member approached me and went in the back room of the frame counter and returned and stated the woman who works in the framing department was on a break and I would have to wait until she got back from her break. Really??? Why doesn't this store have sufficient staff?? Needless to say, I left. Never to return again.

This store is a joke. First time coming in today and I will not return. Looked around wife my wife finding a couple good finds and went to pick up a spooky Halloween tree lawn ornament which had a stack of 4 boxes and a sign stating 12.50. Got to the register and was charged 35 -- store would not honor THIER sign because they said it was incorrectly placed and was for a different spooky tree. How is this my problem? So the store has an incompetent employee that doesn't know how to sign properly so the customer is wrong?? Since this is apparently Michaels policy it is safe to say I won't be returning.

I like this store, but they need more help..or to fix the computer system . 1 register open and she was having trouble with the register. line backed up...but 2 others came to help once they were done helping other customers. . will def go back. One thing about this survey is..I dont care for them asking me if they have a gender neutral bathroom. what does that really matter? If they allow customers to use the bathroom..make sure it has what you need and is clean..no need to ask about Gender...

They have basically everything you need stocked. Lots of variety for Halloween things. I thought the staff was helpful when you need them.

Very poor customer service. Sorry I am bothering to shop in your store. I must be an idiot to ask staff a question. Use ac Moore, the staff rocks there

I wanted an item featured in the ad which the store was out of. The associates in the store attempted to find the item in other stores. When the item returned in stock the manager gave me call...one happy Michaels customer.

This Michaels location has to have the worst staff among the stores in the state. They always have attitudes when you ask for help and when checking out. On numerous occasions, an employee was gossiping with another and made me wait at checkout for them to finish. It always a problem when I go there and if you know what you want, you'll b fine going in and out. If you need help, good luck!

I am a sucker for good service - I suppose I looked confused and was actually offered help in finding an unusual item by an outgoing clerk. He knew his stock, and took me directly to what I needed (didn't shrug his shoulders or point to an area which is so common nowadays). The cashier was also pleasant and very helpful. Kudos to those Manahawkin Michael's employees!
