They have basically everything you need stocked. Lots of variety for Halloween things. I thought the staff was helpful when you need them.

Very poor customer service. Sorry I am bothering to shop in your store. I must be an idiot to ask staff a question. Use ac Moore, the staff rocks there

I wanted an item featured in the ad which the store was out of. The associates in the store attempted to find the item in other stores. When the item returned in stock the manager gave me call...one happy Michaels customer.
