Typically it takes a while to get an appointment however MCDJR was able to get me in right away: Standard oil change/tire rotation/general check I ended up dropping off the car and run errands however I received a car within an hour letting me know it was completed. Good Job! Though there's another issue that needs following up. Apparently there is a paint issue with Jeep Wranglers where the hinges on all four doors have bubbling paint. I addressed this back in July and was informed that I was in the queue but addressed it again on this last service call. Chris is due to get back sometime this week (10/6) with an update. I'll reverse the right to update my review based on being contacted.

I was an out of town buyer but the process was made simple. Flight landed in the morning and when I arrived at the dealership the Jeep was freshly detailed and had a full tank of gas. iIt only took 20 minutes or so to finish the paperwork and I was out the door on the road to home. Great service and Jeep was perfect, thanks!

Too expensive, Checked with 2 other mechanics. $500.00 is what this should have cost, not almost $1200.00. I am not returning again.

Erik and Chris were wonderful!
Erik who was the salesperson we dealt with made sure everything was seamless from start to finish. We had specific requirements for the truck we wanted, Erik located the truck at another dealership, had it brought it to Manahawkin for us and made it happen! Erik went above and beyond to make it happen and He worked it into our price point. Chris did all of our finance paperwork with us and we were in and out in under an hour from arrival to driving off the lot ! Super easy and did not feel pressured or that “salesman” vibe at all! The best and most painless car buying experience we have ever had! Well done and Thank you!

My 4 wheel drive wasn’t working. Fred and crew took care problem quick and painlessly without trying to conjure up other problems. Very professional from start to finish. Would highly recommend the entire service and sales staff.

Needed a new car fob, was given a price and when we picked up our truck price was al.ost double. Feel very scammed by supposed hidden fees!!!! Will never go here again!!
