Not able to purchase items at the markdown price because someone put the wrong sticker on them and customer service would not honor that price. The store is filled with clothing that no one wants to buy and that’s why it hangs around on clearance racks forever!

The WORST experienced I’ve ever had in any kohls! The employee at Sephora is very rude and RACIST! I was treated so poorly and unfairly I left feeling very uncomfortable and sad actually being profiled the way they did! Followed me and my sister all over the store even tried rushing me with my purchase I ended up leaving my whole cart with the lady and just completed my purchase at khols for my clothes ONLY. My sister was upset I even bought anything from this store but there was no way I was walking out not purchasing anything so they can feel like they did the right thing by shooting us away. I am a huge kohls shopper/customer. I shop at Kohl’s all the time for my children and I. I usually love how I can also shop for my Sephora products at the same time but in this store? It was a nightmare! This was my first and last time ever shopping at this location I will NEVER return or forget the way I was treated and profiled because of the color of my skin. The worst part about it is, I am a very successful business owner and they treated me as if I couldn’t afford shopping there when I am an ADVID kohls customer and gave this company so much of my money it’s actually ridiculous . You know, Even if I wasn’t, NO one should be treated the way they treated us that day.
