Always a positive experience when you visit the causeway service department. I moved to south jersey six
years ago and have since purchased two new vehicles from this dealership. Both vehicles have been serviced only at their service department. They are highly competent and go the extra mile when needed.
Let me share my latest experience with you. I brought my stunning storm blue 2016 Altima ( with the light leather and white pearl interior) in for an oil change. After the initial courtesy full inspection it was discovered that the rear brakes were low. Since I didn’t have time to leave it (had to return home to let out
the dog (husband was not home; in northwest jersey babysitting our 8 month old granddaughter so my
daughter could teach virtually and my son-in-law had to go to his office) THANK YOU COVID!!) They offered me a loner car so I would not have to come back ( I declined the offer; so instead they had a very personable
service associate drive me home to let my dog out; great to see that they hire women to work in their service department in the shop areas). By the time she and I returned the back brakes were done bill was ready and off I went to the hairdresser on schedule. Kudos to ALL the wonderful service staff at Causeway Nissan!

The service department here is exceptional. Matt, the manager made what would normally be an unpleasant experience, as pleasant as possible. They thoroughly exhausted all possibilities of what could be wrong with my car, fixed it, and it’s working perfect again. Great experience here.

Very good experience. Was able to work out all the details via text. My salesman Kyle Fensterer was very helpful and a good guy. Also spoke to Randy the finance manager explained the product well and also very friendly. Not a high pressure experience got the price and exact truck I was searching for. Very appreciative of the service I received and based off my experience I would definitely recommend!
