I should have read all the other bad reviews before getting service done at WORST Ford dealer anywhere!!!! Too big for their own good. Operator is Excellent! Not kept up to date with status of vehicle. Doesn't feel the need to get approvals for work being done! They have to be told EVERY TIME to use rewards points first! Had my F-150 serviced in 4 different Ford dealers and Causeway is way beyond the bottom! No feel of true customer service and always on the defensive! It seems service personnel has too much on their plates. Truck was picked up at 8:15am and was informed at 4:15pm that my vehicle will not be done until late the following day (to replace a simple window switch).....BY THE OPERATOR not rep assigned to my truck......I HAD TO CALL THEM, they NEVER call back!!! Besides the operator the only thing I'd recommend is the pick up and drop off service.
Update: spoke with Chris from service (who is good at what he does) and he assured me that things are being changed to better suit the customer and improve communication. Will be returning to Causeway Ford for service.

Customer service kept me updated with the status of my repair at all times. With a total engine replacement it was an ordeal that was lengthy to resolve but we weren't left in the dark. Sal was gracious to return our concerned calls each time we called.

I was reluctant at first to start shopping for a used vehicle, but I scheduled a test drive online with Causeway Nissan in Manahawkin and communication was very easy for me the customer with the sales team. I was greeted by Manager Dan and then he handed me over to two very capable salespeople. The first was John and the other was Edgar. They treated me very kindly and respectfully and answered all the concerns I had regarding the vehicle I was interested in. John gave me the confidence I needed to make a sound decision.
