I brought my recently acquired 2024 Ford Ranger XLT to Causeway Collision Center with a surface blemish. I spoke to Keith and he immediately on the spot took care of it. After a few minutes, I got my truck back with the surface spot addressed Keith was awesome!. Amazing service!! Thank you!!

Extremely condescending it seemed as I was being integrated by the police; only assuming never have been . Her tone was complete anger. I went in to look at an accord EX-L and she brings me a touring and I told her no. She said maybe we can get you in this for an EX-L price then proceed to try and sell for full sticker. Yelled at me for being on my phone while we went back and forth. I tried to explain since you brought me something I wasn't considering I needed to get some more information before I would make any decisions. I was totally ready to purchase on the spot. However the way she treated me from the minute I walked in the door I should have either left right away or asked for a different sales person. She completely wasted my time and put me in a bad mood. If she were honest and said we don't have any EX-L it would have been one thing but it kinda came across as a bait and switch thing.
