I’ve purchased many vehicles over the years and had a lot of different experiences. Honestly my biggest complaint has been lack of knowledge on the vehicles they are selling. This experience was great!! Jamie was straight forward. Traveled a few hours to get to dealer. Jamie had vehicle ready and paperwork was a breeze. Went over vehicle to my surprise and set up everything I needed. Thanks, refreshing experience to have someone who cares about their craft. An asset to the company.

My wife and I were interested in the USED Chevrolet Avalanche 4WD Crew Cab LTZ that was on the lot. I was working through Mr. Sean Way and apparently Mr. way does not want to sell this vehicle. I had attempted to contact Mr. Way numerous occasions; by e-mail and by phone. Mr. Way took two to three days to answer his e-mails and never, never returned my calls. I even went as far as leaving messages the receptionist and he still did not return them stating that "It be real busy" Apparently to busy for me.
Apparently Mr. Way does not feel that my offer or business is worth it.

Car went back to the shop for the same reason again it’s been over 1 year and still having the same problem. Each time I’m told they would fix the problem and it’s still not fixed. Haven’t heard anything from them in just over a week. No loaner car offered. Was told for the last 3 months all loaner cars are all out every time I’ve asked…

Service was as expected, but respect for client’s time can use some of management’s attention. 2.75 hours to wait for an oil change is unreasonable.

Everything went very well. Taken on time and my service was completed in less than a hour. My reason for 4 stars was because there was no inspection report of the vehicle or video taken to validate all fluids were checked, brakes condition, tire pressure etc.

Be very careful when selecting the dealer you purchase your GMC trucks from.
Barlow will happily sell you a 90k truck but if there are any issues with the truck they will quickly forget that they sold you the truck. I have a 2023 Denali 2500 Diesel that I haven’t been able to drive for 5 weeks because of a transmission problem. They don’t even call me back when I ask for help resolving.
