“What can I say about Bay Transmission? They are honest, thorough, and do the job right. Actually, all of the above. I have the infamous GM 6L80 transmission which is known for overheating, and that’s exactly what happened to me. When I called the dealership, they were a week out. My transmission temperature was going above 250 degrees, and I knew something was wrong. I called around, and a friend recommended Bay Transmission. I reached out, and George answered the phone. After I explained the situation, he immediately told me to bring it in so he could do a fluid change and filter. He took care of me and even provided an upgrade I looked into for my transmission to help maintain the temperature. After all was said and done my transmission runs smooth and does not overheat. I cannot thank George and the whole team at Bay Transmission enough.”

“Major shout out to the Sales Manager, Rick for being the absolute best! I had a terrible tire blow out on the parkway with my baby in the car yesterday which was beyond terrifying. When I got to Quality tire, Rick reassured me everything will be OK! This location had a play area which was my saving grace as I was over an hour away from where I lived, so luckily my baby was busy while Rick did everything in his power to assist with my situation. Even though, my tires were not available at Quality tire and they ended up not getting any “business” from me, Rick helped me while I scrambled to get tires from other locations by where I live and made sure no one was taking advantage of me, educating me on the proper tires I need, providing me with all the product size and information & guiding me all day until my dad came and got us. I have never been treated with such respect and care from a Manager in my entire life. It was so refreshing being at an establishment that actually cared about someone’s well being and just doing the right thing to make sure things were taken care of properly.

“I flew out to New Jersey for a family emergency, and when I moved my mom's Honda CR-V, I noticed it was overdue for service, per the reminder on the dashboard. I contacted Causeway Honda for an appointment to bring in my mom's CRV for service. Their website was pretty easy to use to schedule the oil change and B service. In fact, I was able to drop it off later that afternoon. When my mom and I dropped off, I spoke to Matt and was assured that the technician would do a multi-point inspection in conjunction with the service that was due. We hopped across the street for lunch, and as we were finishing up, my phone rang. Matt said there were a few other things on the CRV that needed attention. I went back across the street to the service bay. Matt and the technician were kind enough to point out (while the car was on the rack) exactly where the vehicle needed attention. We had a leaking axle seal, leaking and overdue transmission filter, original drive belt needed replacement, and the air and cabin filters were both past due.Matt and I discussed how best to address the overdue maintenance items, working with me to make sure that my spend in the service department would address the most urgent and impactful items. Matt also offered that Causeway would be able to get the parts and complete the services in time for the next morning. The car was ready, right on time the next morning. Thanks Matt for helping get my mom back on the road and helping me worry about one less thing when I was out taking care of my mom.”
