I do not recommend this bank for a business account because they can close your account without notifying you just because they wanted to …

Wish I was making this up! I just stopped in to open a new account because of an offer I received in the mail. The branch had no one in it and the person at the desk wasn't even on the phone. I was told they were busy and I would need to make any appointment or go to another branch if I was to open a new account. I thought new accounts were the bloodline of banks.

Great staff. People are so nice and willing to help you. I will definitely stick to this branch. I don’t have people’s names on top my head but I want to mention Christopher O’Brien and Diamond are very nice every time I go.

WORST BANK! Always seems to be a "Glitch" when I try to update information. Last straw, way too many mistakes to let them handle my finances. Closing my accounts as soon as possible.

The bankers here have no idea what they are doing. He (johnnie) kept asking me to insert a card that DID NOT HAVE A CHIP into the chip reader even though i clearly told him it does NOT HAVE A CHIP. I asked him if he knew what he was doing because he unsuccesfully try to withdraw from my card, and he confidently said yes , though stupidly he obviously does not know what he is doing because he kept asking to insert the no chip card, he wasted my time, i was there for 20 minutes for NOTHING, because he couldnt even give me my money, stating he couldnt run the transaction again, due to his own mistakes, and tried to blame it on my card even though i recently made the same exact transaction with a different teller succesfully very recently. These tellers need to be trained better, i will never come here again.

When I have to get something done related to my business accounts or wire transfers overseas, here's my process: Call the bank and ask. Then go to the bank and ask in person. Finally, average out the answers, because neither is ever right. Clueless

This is by far the WORST Wells Fargo bank to attend. Not only are the tellers nasty and rude, but they also make you feel uncomfortable. I usually go to my Wells Fargo Bank on Morris Ave (which is excellent service), but went to this Wells Fargo for the second time and was disappointed YET AGAIN. The first time I went to this bank, the teller was giving me an attitude about my check because it was handwritten by my boss and made me feel as though I was a shady customer. I work for my money as much as everyone else. On top of this, the teller even had the audacity to give me the third degree on why my CHECKING account was -1.00, when it was only negative because they transfer that dollar into your savings. The SECOND time I went to this bank (which I only went to because it was convenient at the time), not only was the line out the door, but the staff in general seemed lazy. After sitting in line to give MY money to the bank for 20 minutes, I decided to deposit my check into the ATM (bc normally my regular bank clears my money every Thursday when I deposit my check at 3:45 pm), and again ANOTHER issue occurs with this bank. Not only was my money never cleared, but after calling the Wells Fargo customer service center I was informed that this was an act of pure laziness. After the customer service rep looked at all my transaction history he informed me that there is staff at the bank that clears the checks deposited. If I didn't deposit my check right before closing my money should be available to me. At the Wells Fargo on Morris Ave I deposit my money at 345 every Thursday and my funds are available to me immediately because THEY DO THEIR JOB THERE. There is no reason why a legitimate check is being deposited almost 3 HOURS before the bank closes and my money isn't available until the following morning. PLEASE THINK IT THROUGH BEFORE YOU GO TO THIS BANK. You will be unsatisfied every single time, because I am not the only person who attended this bank and had these issues. I really hope this helps those of you who work for your money and use the bank to HELP ASSIST YOU WITH YOUR MONEY, not give you a hard time and inconvenience you because they are lazy. I don't even want to give this bank 1 star, if I could I would rate it a negative 5 just like their attitudes and work performance. Whoever the supervisor is needs to be a little more caring about who they hire to represent this bank. A bank isn't a store, its a place people put their money to be safe, and are able to access this money in this safe spot; not have to wait for HARD EARNED MONEY. Go to the Wells Fargo on Morris Ave if your in the area. The staff is great and when you deposit your money they actually CARE to get you YOUR money as soon as possible.

The tellers at the front counter are very courteous. They remember you by name if you are a frequent visitor. This bank usually has lines that aren't too long. Everything is run well except one of the personal bankers is way too aggressive. After expressing a disinterest in a line of credit, he continues to ask every time I enter. He's clearly being pushy and making it uncomfortable for me to enter. I am going to have to pick a different Wells Fargo or a new bank entirely after this.
